Brooke, You are absolutely wonderful! Baking for your friends and it’s obvious you love doing it. You take the time to cook lovely things for yourself. My husband has a very, very bad heart, and I’m honestly worried that I’m going to have to learn to take care of myself, just myself. I went from living at home, to getting married, than twins, than another daughter…. I’ve never lived alone, or just cared for myself. I really love watching you thrive, on your own, than I realize you have created a community around. I’m taking notes, and I’m starting to really embrace a little more self care, and I’m gradually starting to think ahead. I’m starting to worry less, if you know what I mean. You are making me realize I can have a peaceful, beautiful, productive life for myself. Your Videos are precious. Thank you for sharing your life with us. You are amazing.
Thank you so very much, it’s important to have self-care really is if you don’t love yourself no one‘s gonna love you right ,,,,make yourself number one all the time , cause you know as women we have a tenancy to put everyone in front of us . I think at this point in my life for me anyways, it’s all about me😂😂😂🤣
Well, thank you so very much, I totally understand. My sister was married for 46 years and just lost her husband in January and I’ve been walking her through this and she realized she didn’t have any independence or she thought she was very independent and she really wasn’t, I’m glad that you’re seeing that you need to transition yourself into that, even if it’s slowly. Nobody knows what life has to offer to us ..right all I have to say is kind to yourself and make your life beautiful because no one else is going to, do that for you. Make sure you have everything in place for yourself too. You already gave to everybody else you’ll be fine living alone, at first it’s going to really hurt but then you realize you don’t have to make supper if you don’t want to or you don’t have to do the laundry if you don’t want to or you can go shopping whenever you want to you don’t have to worry about coming back home a certain time so those are the things that you’ll notice We’re talking about this like he’s already gone, but it’s very wise of you to prepare for that because it does happen this will soften the blow ,is not as hard sure as hard as you make it . My advice is make your life beautiful treat yourself special because you are loves. Always have a beautiful day. Thanks for your support . Pain is inevitable. Suffering is optional. You’re a smart cookie.🍃🩷🦢
Yes I’m happy about that. I haven’t seen it in person yet I’m looking forward to that. I think I have to paint up the frame but that’s not a problem. Thanks.

Well, trust me I want to eat it lol I’m trying to takeoff 1015 pounds before I go see my sister because you know we’re go to have a down memory lane food fest from childhood. It’s all good we’re just going to enjoy ourselves. Loves talk to you later.❤️🌸🍃

Hello Brooke. I am so happy for you, you are going to see your sister soon. God blessed me with 4 sisters and three brothers and I am very lucky we all are relatively close the farthest within an hour drive. As always everything looks delicious, especially that lunch of yours. 👍🏼☺️💗

I could smell the lime pie, the orange cake and those butter tarts - well I'm salivating again. Must ensure to watch your cooking videos with a serviette next time 😄. Love the picture Lori found as well. I've been on the hunt for a print with horses too. I just adore anything with an ornate gilded frame. Thoroughly enjoyed your video Brooke. Have a wonderful day.
