Had the same thing going on over here, hardly do phones as a result of it. Problem with replacement batteries is that they should be stored and shipped at a 50% charge or they go bad pretty fast. But no battery seller even knows this. If they sell a battery that was produced 5 years back its going to be bad.

Good info on the "backstory" of what its like trying to repair stuff with fake or defective repair parts......anyone who buys stuff from Amazon (made in China) can feel your pain in one way or another......cant believe you have to start a repair, knowing that the part might be defective......would take the wind out of sail also

Finding the parts is the hardest part. Trying to fix my OnePlus Note CE 5G. Finding parts are hard. Need to order the battery from China and I live in Sweden.

Dude, to this day, if you order an iPhone 5 screen from ANYONE, 19/20 times it will be DOA. They NEVER got it right for some reason. I always wondered why but I don't have the connects in China to ask.

This is why when repairing my iOS devices I buy activation locked devices to salvage, and for android I buy parts only and pray the part I need works. Not ideal but it’s genuine.

If you haven’t already, you should try RewaTech. Even though the shipping can take quite long and be expensive, I never had any problem with their screen

Yep, I've been there before man. Replaced my friends S7 battery 4 times and all 4 were defective, held less and shut off at low percentages.
This is true that OEM parts have defects also. But OEM QC is still billions of times better than the aftermarket shit that we are forced to buy.
