City and El Paso Libraries offer new municipal ID cards

The City of El Paso and El Paso Public Libraries will be providing new municipal ID cards, named "Enhanced Library Cards". The cards will have a person's picture and information, and will be given to individuals experiencing homelessness or victims of domestic violence.
