Ellis Island breakfast is the best value in Vegas period. I usually get the chicken fried steak n eggs. It's huge. Most people get the steak n eggs, its under $10 bucks.
Literally the first two minutes had me rolling on the floor. The fact that it came out in paper plates is wild lmao Btw I’m not hating on a budget friendly meal, it’s just unexpected because it’s literally a restaurant.
@@patobantan420I got $1.99 steak and eggs at the Barbary Coast, which is now the Cromwell. Also Binions Horseshoe had $1.99 steak and eggs. Terribles had $2.99 steak and eggs. This was all in the mid 2000s
I see too many vloggers (and I’m one myself) going for the expensive meals to keep up with bigger channel. We love Dennys, as a family of 3 adults $50 feeds us for the day. Great video
At my local casino here in New Mexico (of all places), they have a cafe and half the items are "mexican food." But they don't serve refried beans, except when it is part of the monthly special. And then, when it's part of the special, they won't let you order them separately. Ridiculous. Sincere thanks for the tip, I'll be staying at the Grand Desert in a few days, and will make it a point to ask for them.
The South Point Breakfast Buffet is great for around $13. It’s a great value with great food and friendly service. My go to breakfast spot when I’m in Vegas.
Before the Covid shutdown, many buffets off the strip were around $13 for dinner, plus 2-for-1 coupons were common. Most of them didn't reopen and the ones that did are much more expensive.
@@mrvapor4791... if i were you, just go during brunch time , it's only $17.99 or $18.99 .... all you do is get a player's card & you get the deal .... you don't even required to play man .... their buffet is 5X better than the ones in luxor, excalibur & mgm grand & the price is $13 or $15 cheaper ..... 😂🤣😂🤣-🤪🤪🤪🤪🤪🤪
Sam’s Town used to have a huge ham and eggs breakfast for ( I think) 4.99. Came with a huge slice of ham. It’s been a few years so may not have this now?
Great video and some good options, but have to disagree with the Eggslut as a "cheap" option in any way or form. Maybe if you only got one menu item, but after a sandwich or slut, with a drink and side, you are easily into the $30+. Been here a LOT with the wife and we regularly drop $50+ for both of us. Slightly better than some places, but NOT cheap considering the other options.
Hey Jorge, it was pretty cool seeing you on the strip and taking a picture with my wife and I. Salsa Cantina was pretty good. Keep up the great videos. 👍👍👍🤙🤙
Your videos are so fun. Glad you’re not afraid of adding sauce like A1 and ketchup. The Cosmo as a place confuses me. Obviously I’m not hip enough to understand the decor and clientele.
I visit Ellis island at least twice every Vegas trip the food is really good for the price they also have quesadillas, sandwiches, wings etc all under 15$
Went to Village Pub @ Ellis Island last night after 11pm for the steak and eggs special. Agree that it’s a great deal and the steak was actually decent. BUT you should’ve said that the special isn’t listed on the menu, which is a bit confusing. You have to ask for it
George. Damn, we went to Ocean 1 now twice on this trip, currently here now. This place is LEGIT. Drinks are boozy, breakfast ain't no Punk for even $10 a plate. Delicious stuff. We also went to La Salsa when we landed on Tuesday. What's your favorite bars on Freemont. We saw your El Cortez video so thats gonna happen today but any other Gems? Thanks Bro. I hope you get your own show soon. Shit, we are here till Sat. Where you filming next? We will show up and say What Up.
As a local, I love this video. Make sure to note parking prices and travel times as well. When I first moved to Vegas in 03, we used to go to Arizona Charlies for 2.99 steak and eggs. I'm sure the price has gone up, but I bet they still have a decently priced-deal.
Jorge the one thing I don't like about you is you don't make vids more often...LOL Cause you make the best vids and I am always waiting for your next vid..We love you!!! Stay safe. post vid more often
Jorge your productions are the best yes my first stop every morning when in LV is La Salsa Cantina and the 5.99 breakfast only problem is the staff is so friendly I always leave a $20 😅 be back in LV Sunday can’t wait keep up the great work r
the paper plate makes sense why would they put effort into the labor washing a plate possibly having you break it , while you’re only paying $5 it’s less labor for them & it makes sense for $5 especially if your homeless & naked city isn’t dangerous or that scary … go to downtown LA
My experience at the Village Pub at Ellis Island was not good the last two times I was there. I asked for my steak to be cooked well and it was medium rare (four times on two separate visits). I don’t know what happened because the first two times I was there it was awesome.
Great finds! Watch out for Blondies in the Miracle Mile Shops, they will add a so called 4.95% CNF fee which is not a tax or required by any law. Customers can ask for it to be removed and the management will usually comply, but most custoners don't complain and that's what many strip restaurants are counting on. Separately, hats off to George for visiting the Aztec Inn, sketchy is an understatement.
Tip for South Point: You can skip the line by taking a seat at the bar section. I've done it many times and the hostess have always told me go right ahead. Skipped many loooong lines that way.
Used to go to Dupar's at the Golden Gate back in the day, wasn't the cheapest but a good value. Tacos Mexico was the spot for huge burritos and open 24 hours.
My family n I ate at the Aztec for breakfast.we stayed right across at the Strat few years ago,by far for our budget was good .I'd go back n recommend to eat for cheap breakfast.👍
I ate there also when I stayed at the Strat my first time in Vegas. It was the first food spot I saw and I was super hungry from my flight but I wasn’t disappointed and the food was cheap
I made this comment earlier when Norma made her "cheapest breakfast" vid. And that is if, I'm assuming a tourist, wishes to visit a few of these places, know that there's also paid parking to consider. Parking is free @ Ellis Island & The South Point but I'm pretty sure to get to the Miracle Mile Shops parking isn't gratis No? If the people are already @ The Miracle Mile in the AM....great but traveling there specifically for breakfast please know parking isn't free. Just sayin'
South Point before 6 but after 12; their 24 hour café can't be beat... Cheaper and better than what this "tourist" claims... (Though 7 AM or later he is right).
But i can tell you it cost you more than 5.99, if you drive , cost of parking, ride share they have increased prices , all day pass for monorail. You will spend 20 or more unless you are right close to the cheap places
The Village pub at Ellis Island casino. Its the best and cheap. Eggslut looks amazing. I don't have the patience to stand in line in the morning and when your hung over, you don't want to stand in line!!
It's not that bad if you have a car, because it's right off the freeway. Otherwise it's a pain because the southbound bus doesn't even go to the stop that's right in front of the hotel. For whatever crazy reason, that bus coming from the strip turns eastbound at the intersection. The other awful thing about South Point is the parking garage is on the north side of the property, and all the stuff you want to get to is on the south side. There are some restrooms near the parking garage elevators, but they're a bit hard to find. It's a very weird place IMO.

I've never seen 2 eggs, toast, and a hash brown for $5, and say "you still paid too much"

He paid $5 for scrambled eggs at the Aztec Casino across from the Stratosphere ?
Anywhere else, 2 eggs, toast hash browns might be $2.99. $3.99 if you added bacon/sausage.

$6.45 for the steak eggs is great deal, but it’s far af from the strip and doesn’t look that good quality wise.
Blondies has 2 eggs toast hash browns and ham , sausage or bacon for 5.99. Excellent 3.00 Bloody Mary also
Great video with lots of ideas. I tried Blondies for breakfast last trip and it was pretty good. I think the coffee cost almost as much as the food. 😂
I totally agree!
Was in Vegas last weekend, ate at Ocean One Grille for breakfast. Had the breakfast omelettes special for $8.99. 🍳Delicious 😋😋
Sounds great!
They have steak and burgers for $5.99. Breakfast is never worth it.

10-15 ia still Vegas cheap
I consider it cheap; split a hash brown and I usually bring my own drink since it's fast food and that holds us over

I presume the criteria was to be on the Strip (thus South Point), Egg Works is closer but maybe not considered cheap.

the only difference from the first $5 & second $10 place were the plate
