I confirm for the 3.. I always thought that the food should be only liquid. I felt that the other types are heavy. And for the hot part, even colder drinks are better than solid dry food.
Finally after an all day search I found a charting system that would give me my info and now I'm bummed. I like fasting and hate bland food, but I'm a hunter type... So I basically don't get to eat anything that actually tastes good if I want to honor my design. Food sucks without spices. Maybe I should just forget food altogether and live on green shakes... First I'm a projector who has to wait for freaking invitations, a splenic authority that speaks once so I have to get it right in the moment with no do overs and now I can't eat anything good... Sometimes I wanna throw the towel in and get a new mission. I was thinking I'd discover something I could start practicing and instead I will now be aware that everything I enjoy eating will be eaten against myself. I could handle all the other parts of my design but this. It's honestly stupid that a projector can even be a hunter. How are they the more advanced souls that came to shift humanity from 7 centers to 9 and then have the most primitive digestion system? It's like ensuring the race with a lame horse.
The PHS is something to experiment with and to listen to the body. The point of PHS is to strengthen the body and brain...but do not enter in until the invitation and the inner authority is ready and willing to engage in the experiment. Thank you, after years I finally understand how to eat as 1st colour and right tone. I've always felt that I eat too much. But being conditioned 6/3 with undefined sacral and solar I had to eat all my granny, mother and finally wife cooked for me. It's funny, my sister (projector) always told me I'm trash can and I should fight against it.

With alternating it's not very usual to wash the mouth to eat something else, not IME :) You can even alternate the same food with nothing (a space of time in between).

So if I was on a longer road trip, I could stop for lunch and find a calm space to eat, could I then continue my journey right after I finished or should I wait some time until I have digested most of my food? Ra indicated that you do not need to wait for the food to be digested in the stomach before moving on. The Critical piece of digestion is when the food enters the mouth as this is the start of the whole process. So you can eat your meal in Calm, then move on with your day. It is the ingesting of the food that is the concern. Thank you for asking
Leann Wolff Mostly. I’m closed taste. IF definitely suits me, I find it easy to do. I like simple foods and usually eat a bit of this and then a bit of that. I never used to like salt and pepper and flavourings but I do now, especially salt since doing Keto. I’d be interested to hear about my Tone which is Touch and how that fits in, I don’t like eating with my fingers but like to cook my own food. I believe the PHS also relates to all aspects of our life not just food. I’m very fussy with what I like.

When you eat local foods that taste correct for you and you prepare the food or touch the food as you buy it...these elements enhance the cognition. The Rave Psychology is on the personality side and this provides the perspective and motivation. the psychology can not be enhanced until the body is feed correctly!!

I've been feeling very excited about Human Design, but this made me sad. I'm Hot Thirst and I don't really like hot food or beverages, barely tolerate body temp stuff. I purposely let my plate or drink cool off before consuming. I reckon that I must increase my liquid intake, but I much prefer room temp juice to hot teas. Does this mean that I'm doomed?

I think...rather i feel you are right. Simple food would be so good.I burn out a lot,it just might have to do with spices(to be honest,complex recipes stress me out). Most of the food i ate and eat is non local too... Only have oatmeal that is local in my pantry.I wonder how this has affected you? ANd yes,for anyone wondering, Open is my cognition. What if you changed up that language to say ...I am learning what my body requires...This way there is no "wrong" or "right" just a noticing of the nutrition that is best for your vessel...

What's strange is that I hate eating in the mornings but I'm left tonal... it makes me feel like I'm going to vomit or something if I eat in the morning, so I fast until noon.

I am confused. When your chart says you have an alternating appetite right brain am I supposed to eat one food item on my plate and wait an hour to eat another different item of food ? Or do I only eat one type of food in a mouthful. Drink and eat another different type of food? And no seasonings? I am plant based and cook everyday. Honestly this type of eating sounds absolutely horrible and not appealing at all? And if it's one item on my plate per meal. How am I supposed to get all the nutrients I need? And what about giving my digestion a break if I have to eat off and on all day long to get all the nutrient rich food on my diet everyday? I don't understand this...please help me and explain?
There is one thing that I find odd about colour 5 'Sound' - the frequencies like wifi are man made... in a lot of places in the world, that doesn't even excist. It's man made. So what would high frequencie sounds be like here? No speaker, no radio, just our most natural environment
Great question!! This could include the hammering on steal, loud music festivals, bombs, or gunshots, ...all sounds give off a percussion (wave of sound) in the frequency field. For example, I was in Africa about 8 years ago and the city seemed quiet to me...however, in the distance there was a slight sound of men hammering and building...It was something I could hear faintly but my friend wanted to be out of the hotel before it started because it bothered her. If the percussion is noticeable, move away from it.

I went to too many sites and did too many searches to find it that I can't remember, but I finally found a site which gives multiple versions of the chart so I was able to discover my data. And no it won't be PHS for me anytime soon, if even at all. I'm too disappointed in the type I am. I don't just get to aim at temperature or eating with less light or something that doesn't totally obliterate the right to have food with any flavor. I got the type that can only be aligned if food tastes like cardboard... Here have a slab of meat by itself without so much as adding salt. I don't even like meat. God screwed up when he didn't wipe this primitive digestive profile out of existence. It should be with the dinosaurs. Extinct.

Open is more about local food. Shopping at the farmer's market or going to a local farm to get your food

@@LeannWolff Thanks. I don't recall what didn't work when I used your link. I went to too many sites and did too many searches to find it that I can't remember, but I finally found a site which gives multiple versions of the chart so I was able to discover my data. And no it won't be PHS for me anytime soon, if even at all. I'm too disappointed in the type I am. I don't just get to aim at temperature or eating with less light or something that doesn't totally obliterate the right to have food with any flavor. I got the type that can only be aligned if food tastes like cardboard... Here have a slab of meat by itself without so much as adding salt. I don't even like meat. God screwed up when he didn't wipe this primitive digestive profile out of existence. It should be with the dinosaurs. Extinct.

@@Pepperthecat11 I do occasional fasting and I never liked breakfast so 2 meals a day is not an issue for me, but the more I decondition the more I want simple real foods everyday. Years ago I could have eaten a different food every meal. lol
@@matrixist same! I never was a breakfast person. And used to do omad and extended water fasts of 3 days or so. Obviously telling myself it’s for health benefits-which Ik there are some, but it’s not enjoyable to me. Lol so gonna try following this for a bit and see what happens!

I guess it depends on where you live. Those that are closer to the equator would have equal days and nights... Ra also spoke about the lights in our homes having an effect so this could be something you experiment with....
