    I don't want to hear "I did some things I'm not very proud of" (I hear that enough already) and I don't want to hear "I didn't mess anything up.. too bad". What I want to hear is "PUT CHEESE ON IT!"

    Coming along, with any luck we'll maybe see going down the track this year. Also I agree, I've had decent luck with both summit and jegs AN fittings. Keep up the good work.

    By any means, nice work Joe. Maybe consider painting the mounting plate black so it ties all in?

      Thanks Ozzie! I intended to paint it black but I was too excited and just bolted it up! Haha! I'll paint it in the future.

    Shades of Project Binky -- that's a pretty good bracket. I won't call it Nik Blackhurstian (no weld beads and it didn't take two days to finish), but it's IMO definitely cheese-worthy.

      Woah... a Project Binky comparison might be too much, but thank you for the cheese blessings!

    Whats up Joe! Long time dsmer, recent viewer (and subscriber ;) ) Maybe I missed it, but I was curious as to why you chose to mount the pump there vs the drivers side of the crossmember? That way both ends of the lower coolant hose would only be about 16" long?

    • @JoeWrenches
      @JoeWrenches  5 лет назад

      The problem with the driver side is that the hose would be TOO short, to the point of it probably having to be a hard fitting, requiring very precise and sturdy mounting location, and also, the exhaust is going to occupy space over there. There was more room on the passenger side. Thanks for watching, and subscribing!!!

    i was looking at this video and notice your front mount support. is this something you made? im asking because i picked up a GSX and looks like the previous owner mess up my front support and the bolts the bolt up under the front radiator support are stripped. so i was looking to make something to replace that. and instead of going front to back i like you left to right support.

    What set up are you using for water pump delete? AMD are you running a thermostat still?

    • @JoeWrenches
      @JoeWrenches  5 лет назад

      I bought a block off from JayRacing.com and I will not be using a thermostat. I will be using a pump controller/my ecu to regulate temps.
