When u reached Madgaon normally u will see lots of pilots n less uber..if u don't have much stuffs,pilot is the best option considering traffic bcoz the road is very narrow..

@@yuunaamera Im goan, Goa is safe where there are lots of goans, if you go in areas where there are non goans then it depends. But taxi is not cheap, they will make you bankrupt, we goans are fed up of them too
