@@rayfinkel4434 if you look at the rules actually the keeper isn't even required to touch him....even though he clearly did. If you force a player who has taken the ball around the keeper to hurdle the keeper and the player therefore can't recover the ball then the keeper has impeded the player and its a penalty....its clearly written in the rules. Go look yourself. Even still...the keeper did clearly touch his leg.
