you can definitely consider Robin, which much like Ruanmei, has a team-wide buff that will benefit himeko and herta in the same team. Or you can definitely go for say, Sparkle, and spread your skill's buff across the both of them so they can maximize the crit damage buff duration.

If Pure Fiction got combined with SU (blessings), and you chose a FUA team for the FUA buffs and you used Elation, you might as well rule the entire universe

The energy buff is actually the best for himeko herta You lose so much turbulence procs with the 3 follow up buff They both do so much damage especially aoe that they actually can charge turbulence from 0 to 66 with 1 follow up
