As a Rangers fan, I’m 50/50 on the city connect uniforms. They could be worse, they could be better. Not a total failure & I can live with them. Josh Jung not developing in virtual world hurts my heart.

I’m pretty sure that training strongly influences how player perform in sim. In my experience, batting cages, weight room, and hitting coach produce the best results for hitters but influence different things. Typically, hitting coach gives better OBP and average, weight room gives higher slugging, and batting cages helps limit strike outs.
CPU auto handling the training gives you a crapshoot and doesn’t give very consistent good performance from players.
Rangers city connect is my favorite yet, excited for my Mariners to get theirs this week!

I don't like the Rangers City Connect uniforms. I do like the hat and logo though. Also it's crazy that MLB The Show let's players 33 and older get better overall and go up in potential. In Madden 23 once a player turns 28-29 they all start regressing overall even if they have an MVP season.
