You need the front & rear wheels on the Dale Truck almost perfectly the same size. On dirt you can probably get away with it a little, but on a race track, it will bind up. You have to remember, the bigger tyres will try to push or pull the smaller ones & they'll be constantly fighting each other
Yep. I just posted about that. I had 265s on front and 31s on back. They’re supposed to be the same size, but on dry pavement in 4wd I couldn’t go over 30mph and keep the truck on the road. It was fine in dirt.
@@kisse1987There shouldn't be ANY difference. Why do you think that you'll grenade your AWD system if you put same size tyre's on but only replace 2, not all 4 at once? Just the difference in tread wear on the same spec tyre's is enough to bind a vehicle up and hear clunking metal. Its the exact same concept as 4WD in trucks, fine on snow/dirt where the wheels can slip and rotate at different speeds, but on high traction surfaces like asphalt..no slip..no functional transfer case.
@@mjay6245 They wear differently a small difference won't kill the car. I will trust my guys who have been working on cars and building race cars for 25+ years and even the manufacturers have a 2% difference rating

One of the issues with solar in Florida is that state law does not allow citizens to sell power back into the grid. Kinda kicks the solar incentive out the window for a lot of guys
@GreatLakesLogger There's a reason for that. Keeping the powergrid frequency to 60hz is crucial. If it wavers by even a SINGLE hertz, the entire grid can go into a massive blackout. There's a few times it nearly happened in a few countries. IIRC, it nearly happened in California. The power companies had to ask every shop with huge electric industrial ovens to crank them to the max and nearly every power station shutdown to keep the grid to 60hz. Think of every power station being a single shaft spinning at the same speed and they all need to be in phase with each other. If a single shaft goes out of phase or goes faster or slower than everyone else, bad things happen. It would be like if a rower on a team tried to row at a different speed or out of time with everyone else. This is why an entire powergrid can't be solar or wind based, there needs to be a baseload station be it coal, oil, gas, or preferably nuclear. Everything you and I use in North America expects the electricity it takes in to be at 60hz exactly.
Seeing the attention to detail even on the background the crew is doing making sure things are top notch on Leroy for example is why I love this channel
I honestly feel bad for the shop boys. They work so hard and this Florida heat is no joke. On the other hand, I know that hooking up the shop with A/C would be incredibly expensive. Not just the setup and install, but every electric bill from that point forward. What about getting 2 larger portable AC units for the boys? They can move them to where they need and won't be air conditioning all of Bradenton. Would be much more cost effective. PLUS, I bet the guys would work harder and faster when their not on the verge of heat exhaustion. They seem to be ok, but I would be dying
And the fact its so humid so swamp coolers don't work for jack lol. Honestly he needs to just put in solar and there's the power bill sorted right there, there's probably large rebates or tax incentives available to him as well and a flat commercial metal roof is the easiest/cheapest roof ever to install solar on then you can run portable AC all day no issue if he still dosent want to cool the whole shop. I have even seen people rig up those pop up tents with walls and hooked portable AC units up to them to help contain the cold air better though that would look like ass for filming.
I see a 1% chance that wasn't a bit. Garrett will have ac going in soon, I guarantee Edit - honestly, I'd be shockedif he doesn't have solar going in also. That shop covered in solar would significantly offset the cost and they'd get the government tax rebates/breaks

I would say that you should install solar on your shop roof, you have a metal shop roof which is one of the easiest and cheapest roofs to install solar on and Im willing to bet you have alot of incentives and tax credits available to you to make it cheaper and even make it so you can have an actual ROI on the upgrade, then couple that with shop AC or at least portable AC units for the boys to use where they need them and you have eliminated one of the biggest problems with AC, the power bill.
Damn, Cleetus Those billet specialties rims on the Dale truck look Fn fantastic like almost to good to be on it.. Cant wait to see the Dale truck killing it on the track/going down the strip..
Cleet, I'm a door guy in Maryland, and my honest suggestion if you're doing AC is to make sure you get some wind-rated insulated doors. You'll spend so much more money on cooling with those roll-up sheets than with some beefy insulated ones.
As a Smart Controller HVAC guy, an insulated door would be better, but a rapid roller shutter does plenty on it's own, the important thing is air pressure, once the door is open all of your cooling/heating is sucked out by the less/more dense air outside. I don't think I've ever seen their doors shut whilst they're working.

Cant believe so many people can’t put 2 and 2 together, especially becuz of how well Garrett takes care of the guys already.
MAAAAN if you don't give them boys some A/C!!! I'm rooting for you guys Tye and Zach!
I put a mini split in my garage and I don't regret putting it in. Your guys deserve A/C! Don't cheap out on your boys!
Jackstands a true car guy and friend. He just said "Heeeey we're going racing!!!". No A/C needed!!!🤣
The fact that cleet looks at Tye and goes you did that. Shows how much he appreciates what he does
It’s alright guys,I’d vote for the AC for you guys. The more comfortable you guys are the better quality work you’ll put together for cleet then the more money he will make ultimately.
Great update ! So glad to see the Blazer coming back. Dale truck is slick.
I’m calling it now. The Dale truck is my new favorite. It’s sooo badass! The whole fleet is!
It'll be a nasty build with little utility, like a lot of their vehicles lmao
Will it still be bad ass when it has a grenaded Tcase the first time they take it out due to different sized tyres? Lol
Zachs frustration is so relatable 🤣 🤣
My man Cleet!!! We are loving you for releasing videos so often lately!!
Only you can make such a beautiful place even more beautiful!!! Amazing job Emily loved it. Keep up the amazing videos sweetheart
Give those guys A/C in the shop! The Blazer had its time and it’s been gone and forgotten. Reward the guys that do the brunt of the work, keeping the cars alive, which is what we all love to see, and makes it all happen for you.
you really think he wouldn’t get them ac! The amount of money he pays them and spends on them, AC would be nothing. He’s probably hanging out until someone offers to sponsor the installation, which is good business sense.
Do you really think he wouldn't? I guarantee by next summer the shop has one of the best a/c units if not multiple.
I work hard asf everyday does that mean we should have ac in the shop.....
@@magiceraser1579 Hard to say. Why hasn’t it already been done? Coming from someone who works outside the majority of the time, I sure would be appreciative if the option was there. Especially when the owner has the income to support it.
@@Yosser70 my philosophy has always been “people ahead of profit” waiting for some freebie sponsorship isn’t putting people first.
The Dale truck is probably one of my favorite build to date. It’s also probably the most custom build y’all have done. I just know it’s going to be insane. James did a stellar job on the wheels as well.
Tye ripping the office thermostat of the wall was classic!

I love how much cleeter supports and compliments his peeps.
Finally the blazer is back !!!!
I was 100 lol
Knew when George mentioned it last video it was only a matter of time lol
LETS GOOOO
I have waited so long for the blazer lol
@@devonwatt2194yeah i thought that as well when he mentioned it the other day because I knew ol cleet wouldn't let his best friend down lol
@@paulrivers7248 and you know deep down Cleet has missed those 300ft wheelies lol
You can see how happy george is, his smile getting that crate engine out was contagious asf. Let my boy race again but fr get these guys some AC in the shop! They deserve it, its expensive but well worth it for some great guys like you have. Do some bartering with a subscriber to make it happen!
Ty looked so proud with the Dale truck! So awesome! Can't wait for Leroy to come back!
Give the guys that make you look good AC!!!! They’re doing the real work.
Major "HELL YEAH BROTHER", mullet wearin', DALE steerin", Raisin Hell, Praisin Dale!!!! YEEEEE YEEEEE
Jackstand Jimmy amazing job on the wheel spec. The rims flat face matches the body lines so well. Hats off to Ty for all the engineering and fab work that goes into a build like this.
A blower ruby with quad exits on either side of the car like a funny car would be BAD ASS!
Dale truck is sick! I’m glad this is what you decided to bring it back as. I hope it moves like the Hoonicorn and smokes them Texas bois!!
After watching this I felt obligated to go back in time and watch the video when you just finished the LSA swap in Leroy and taking him for a test rip! It's amazing how much you have accomplished in 6 years! Keep up the good work cleet!
The notifiction on my phone said the blazer returns....that was an instant click!!!! My god george and the blazer has got to be my fave part from this channel...been waiting too long for some more of rocky...loved it from the day it was bought on rocky mountain raceweek
All those updates, plus Leeroy's new body, plus Eagle, plus Consuela, plus random jet boat stuff, plus if videos come out from HeavyD's summer lake adventure thing (not sure if Cleet was invited to that), definitely a lot going on!
Plus the 10K truck challenge.
Every day content in October is imminent, and September not far behind.
Man seeing squirrels face light up when it was AC vs blazer made my day dudes just been waiting his time to put her on the bumper again much deserved love this crew🤘
Man I love that blazer I was so happy when y'all got it I have a blazer fan boy since I could drive and I am happy to see it back we err um I need more of this content
You need the front & rear wheels on the Dale Truck almost perfectly the same size. On dirt you can probably get away with it a little, but on a race track, it will bind up. You have to remember, the bigger tyres will try to push or pull the smaller ones & they'll be constantly fighting each other
yeah I heard no more than 2% difference in circumference
@@kisse1987 You do you bud, idc if you fry your transfer case or awd system. Not my bill to pay.
I’ve been waiting so long to see the Blazer back & LS George being happy and giggling and doing wheelies ….made my night when I opened RUclips and saw the thumbnail!!!!!!!
😂 squirrel got to cleetus with that last shirt promo.
Tye is a magician! Incredible work!

Insulate the building and cover the entire roof with solar. The latest panels are very efficient and put out a ton of energy.
One of the issues with solar in Florida is that state law does not allow citizens to sell power back into the grid. Kinda kicks the solar incentive out the window for a lot of guys
What a corrupt government they have
@@GreatLakesLoggersame here in texas
Land of the free
Garrett will have ac going in soon, I guarantee
Edit - honestly, I'd be shockedif he doesn't have solar going in also. That shop covered in solar would significantly offset the cost and they'd get the government tax rebates/breaks
@@dstockbridge1 Ya I would assume it was planned already but you know what they say about assumptions. And if it wasn't already planned hopefully alot of people saying he should have it might make him reconsider.
I suspect these mentions are more to get comments/community engagement while also putting out feelers to see if any local companies want to work with him and reach out to him (like the grass back at the FF).

Ruby DESERVES the blown Big block and you need to replace those Goodyear stickers on Dale's fenders to match the Hoosiers.
Yeah, that had me slipping a gear for a bit. Time for the HYB tire stencils to be used again.
Bruh, Ruby deserves the turbo setup. She could literally run a 6 if they gave her the chance, basically no changes needed.
@@philb5593The frame needs a redo for a 6
@@mantvydas8810 Ruby has run 1.1x 60 foots for years before the frame finally ripped. Tye's reinforcements will hold, and there are many IRS corvette doing it. Maybe not long term but she certainly has at least one good race season on her current legs.
@@philb5593Pretty sure he means Ruby’s cage isn’t spec’d for 6’s.
Honestly, that blazer can kick rocks! Ruby deserves way more attention for what that car did for the channel.
Too many rides take away from the real stars of the show. Ruby’s in the shadows when she deserves the spotlight.
Ruby was so boring. If it returns its needs a revamp
honestly not crazy about a ruby return, but if it came back as a blower car, now thats something i'd love to watch!
Yeah foreal bring Ruby back that bitch was Super BAD-ASS
Put A/C in the shop brother. Happy workers get more done. Dale truck is amazing.
I’m glad George got his ride back.

FYI, Living in Race City NC all the shops I visit and it is a lot have A/C in their shops and have really happy employees.
That Project Farm video was awesome 🎉

Poor Zack an ty. Damn. Idk how they don’t have ac yet. Then 2 guys are the biggest reason of the visual success of the channel. Like obviously it’s not that simple but damn. The 2 best physical workers ever and they don’t have ac. That’s insane I’m surprised they even work there. They can work anywhere they want and idk any place that wouldn’t give them ac.

They have it so easy there.
Exactly
@@Jeff7477 they have a good time working there, but you can definitely tell they're getting heated about the lack of AC... those 2 guys are not ones you want to lose, it would cost Cleet more than just 2 guys or an AC if they did I can guarantee that..... people don't seem to realize how brutally, deathly hot it is in Florida 75% of the year.

Aye blazers back let's go happy for George love to see him racing alongside cleet
I thought for sure Cleet was gonna say "Psych! We're doing the Blazer AND the A/C because you guys kill it each and every day in this hot ass shop!" 😔
You can't give your guys the choice of "Do you wanna be comfortable or make more content that keeps the lights on?"
Knowing Cleet as the stand-up guy he is, that shop is 100% gonna have A/C in the next few months. Do it for Dale! 💪🏼
Probably in the winter time when you can get it done for cheaper.
Hell yeah. Bout time was starting to think blazer days were over.
Just gotta worry about the hurricanes tearing them off the roof.
Solar is 100% a scam.

Solid advice!
@@martindinner3621facts!
