This channel has been a game changer for me - for years I was told that my back problems and injuries were because of tight hamstrings and pecs which I‘ve been consistently stretching and working for as long as I can remember with absolutely zero results. But after just a few weeks doing Conor’s assessments and pelvic tilt exercises and like magic my hamstrings have never been so strong and flexible? I’m now seeing massive improvements in problems I never even knew I had, like knee valgus and foot pronation. I’m already feeling a performance boost in my running and lifting. Can’t say thank you enough, you have a new enthusiastic subscriber!
Invaluable. Have a torn pec major, and crazy-tight pec minor...will try this. Many PT's missed this, and I had to diagnose myself with the help of Trevor Bachmeyer from Smashwerx to figure it out. Once I pointed out the problems, the PT's were embarrassed and denied I had these problems, even though I could show them a visible pec tear. Wish I had your techniques 10 years ago
LEFT AIC or PEC is the problem in most cases. So anterior pelvic tilt, makes your chest to be tight, and in left AIC your left pelvis is turned to the right so that's why left pec becomes tight just because you stand in that position, PRI made me realize a lot ! First get pelvis straight and out of anterior or posterior pelvic tilt so chest can let go, than you stretch ;)
Hey Conor I find myself struggling a bit with the first exercise . Is there any modification for it . I'd appreciate a much simpler version of it . Thanks a bunch
You can find a list of Educational Materials on the official website of Postural Restoration Institute. In fact, the whole column is dedicated to thorax treatment that heavily relies on the array of breathing techniques or drills
Hey Conor, is it somehow, maybe via mail or otherwise send u a couple of pictures of my posture. I am all perplexed by what is going on under the surface with my body. I have right BC pattern, yet my right side abs are more extended than the left ones. When I sit I feel my left glute being squeezed. I have pain in my right inner knee and ankle. Tight quads and hip flexor more so on the left side of my lower extremities. When I was a kid I was also diagnosed with the Scheuermann's disease. I have been to a couple of PTs here in Poland, but they all repeat the same that as for a person with scheuermann's kyphosis I look great. However, I can no longer study nor work at the computer. Sitting for as little as 20 minutes causes enormous pain in my inner groins. I really do not know what I am supposed to do.
I have chronic chest pain that seems to come on from vr tennis (upper body rotation, right arm swinging) even after I stop for months. It's come back a few times after tankinga break each time. So not sure if it's intercostals, sternum, pecs etc. My physio did some ultrasound and gave me thoracic/ab exercises but it doesn't seem to be preventing this.

I grew up with asthma and never thought about this but now that I'm grown up, I feel I can solve this mystery of labored breathing
I only did a little bit of both while watching and following along with the video and I already feel a difference. That’s crazy. Thank you for this!
You are a miracle worker I use your content everyday thank you so much for helping us!!
I appreciate that, Holly!
Thank you for the detailed Don'ts in order to properly perform these movements and a better approach to tight Pecs! You rock!

How to fix apt?
So should I get back body expansion first?
This channel is amazing! I recommend it to all of my friends. I love your drills.
Much appreciated!
You're my Harris, Conor!
Reps and sets of this? How often? How long are you doing this exercise until you notice a difference?

Just curious
Where one could purchase a pinacle shirt?
Great content as always.

Literally tried your bandpull apart to get post expansion and ended up with tight pecs and front neck muscles idk what to do
Presumably, you're addressing the lats that over extend the ribcage, so you can get the obliques working?
Awesome video!
Should the ribs expend in every breath? Because a lot of therapists say we should breathe to the belly without ribs move
Yes. I couldn’t disagree more with that statement if they’re saying that’s how normal breathing should be
🦍🔥🦍👏
"Side abs." You should call them GO BLEEKS😅
Any Indian here??
Hello
