I LOVE, love, love the Gold Palette! (Ok, the ShopAlterEgo’s Goddess version of it.). I am glad to hear that it is your #1. My initial reaction was - oh, no! It is not for me. Now I am glad that I tried this color story of special shades. On the other hand, I did buy the genuine ND Love palette. It is my version of neutrals and I thought it would be my everyday go-to. But… I dunno. It goes on beautifully and I figured out how to layer it so that the mattes don’t fade. But, it doesn’t wow me… seems a little off somehow… like it does not scratch a love for reds itch. I am contemplating selling it and just keeping the ShopAlterEgo version instead. But, I have not given up on it yet. Every time I want a version of Retro but with reds, I think - why not just keep the Love palette instead. Could you consider comparing the Retro and the Love palettes?
You need this palette!!! Good for everyday looks but also when you need a good transition shade that might not be in another palette or for a quick single eyeshadow look!
The Biba was the first ND palette I bought for my birthday LOL let me just say I was hooked. Instantly. I now also own the Bronze palette and the normal sized 5-pan eyeshadow palette in number 5 with the purply tones. I love them all 😍 and the Biba is a great companion palette too.

I picked up Lila and sunset on her 4th of July sale 2 for $129 couldn’t pass it up and I’ve wanted Lila for a while and I was pleasantly surprised with sunset as well. I love warm tones but I also love pinks, purples and mauve type shades
I agree with you on the leathery packaging, I liked that so much more, and the sleeve is annoying lol. Sephora has sales on her palettes pretty regularly too.

I only have 3 of her large palettes, Sunrise, Bronze, and her Gold. The Gold palette was my 1st ND purchase, and wow, I was blown away. I agree totally with you about the Gold palette. I get quite a few looks out of the Gold. But, a lot of my clothing is gold, black, white, and turquoise. When I wear my hot pinks, it’s Sunrise for me. Lol Funny, about Sunrise, that’s all I wore in 2018! On vacations, etc. the bronze is an absolutely amazing formula, bar none! However, I agree with you on it, you don’t get a lot of different looks with it, but when I do the bronze goddess, of the shoulder dresses, this is the 1 I use, lol. I need to get that Biba one, I think. I have a medium, warm complexion. So, maybe that’s why I gravitate to these palettes. Thanks for this fun video!

Seems like the idea behind the introduction of the midi palettes was for them to trend towards the more wearable, everyday color stories for the average consumer -- Love, Sunrise, Retro, Bronze & Glam, even Metropolis is considered a midi. The big palettes, IMO, are for people who are into eyeshadow, beauty, her stans-- Circo, Trio.
Lila doesn't usually make the top of other people’s list but, I agree with you completely. Biba is my favorite I have to force myself sometimes to use something else
Okay girl (lol), I agree with most except the Lila palatte. I brought the new Norvina palatte. The purples are stunning. The formulations are rumored to be some of her best shadows. I know you are doing ND. But I had to speak my peace. I am saving my coins after Mother’s new Palatte (Huetopia) comes out and then I will purchase the Gold Palatte to round out my collection.
This was fun to watch. Great ranking. I don’t own any of her large palettes and I’m hoping she has another sale on her large palettes because I really want Biba and the gold palette. I missed the sale. My favorite is still the bronze 😂😂.

ND is the best. Biba is my #1 always and forever, but Bronze makes me feel the most beautiful. Also top among my list is Star which is underrated these days- a lot of unique colors and textures in that one, and it was doing texture before a lot of brands were!

My first ND palette was Lila, love purple. I gave Sunset away. I have seen several rankings and Star palette is not on most lists. I would highly recommend you to look into it. Tropic not my fave, beautiful color story but those shimmers green and blue hard to work on my personal experience.

I don't own the large gold palette but I just use the mini gold palette yesterday for the very first time and I was SHOOKED on how STUNNING this palette is and how the formulation was extremely easy to blend (it literally blended itself). But out of all the palettes that I have, I would say the Circo Loco is my favorite so far because I am a color lover but that is subject to change because I just purchased the glam and Biba palettes during the last sell and haven't played in them yet. I LOVE eyeshadow ranking videos. it's so exciting to see what others rank as their highest and their lowest from a partiicular eyeshadow brand and yes please do a ranking video of the mini palettes too. You are so sweet. I love rankings videos. Not one palette nd creates is ugly. My favourite is gold and aries.but I have used metropolis to death ! Circo loco is next on my list but I'm torn btw patmcgrath mothership 9 and circo loco.
Oooo that’s a hard one! I’m biased and would say I would go with Pat’s Mothership IX, but those are colors I wear all the time, so I know I would get more use out of it. But Circo Loco is so so beautiful and has a great formula!

I would use the gold palette for my wedding day, it was my first ND palette and the mattes are amazingly good, any look I make with this palette lasts for the whole day and it doesn't crease or move, I'm in awe every time 😂 also there is a cristal shade I believe that gives you the wet look which is stunning, she should make more of these shades! And the greens? 😍 this is my number one palette too
