I chose letter c because in letter d is show modifier RT for right side and this indicates the left side so was that a typo or would it be letter c? I know you said it would be letter d because of intramuscular but this is a little confusing because of the incorrect modifier since it was done on the left not right arm.

Shouldn't it be 24076 LT ? 23076 Is shoulder 24076 is of the humerus (upper arm) ?
