    Thanks for valuble video.sir if i wrap 4turns on smps winding,i get 5v,if i interchange (ground and supply diode) then i get 14 volts but in both cases icould not get proper current(also enhance number of wires for thickness )its orignal 12 volts have proper current.how can i get 5v extra winding.thanks

      Hi, Npk formula? You want to say: N primary, number of winding in primary coil,.... This formula is correct.
      2. is not necessary to consider AWG25 for each winding, depending of current you want, you must consider max 5A/sqmm copper.
      3. According of current you want is necessary to put more wire in parallel, to get that current.
      Because of skin effect on high frequency, is preferably to use more wire in parallel instead of use a single solid core conductor, same section.

    How is wire size changed compared with 60 cycles and high frequency 30,000 cycles power supply for 20 amps flow current? -- And the A I computer said this-- Is it true? Or bunch of tiny wires together to carry the heavy current?
    When it comes to power supply, the frequency of the electricity has an impact on the wire size that is required for a given current. Generally speaking, higher frequencies require smaller wire sizes to carry the same amount of current as lower frequencies.
    For example, at 60 cycles per second (60 Hz), a wire with a cross-sectional area of around 0.032 square inches (about 20 AWG) is needed to carry 20 amps of current over a distance of 100 feet with an acceptable voltage drop. However, if the frequency is increased to 30,000 cycles per second (30 kHz), a wire with a smaller cross-sectional area of around 0.0004 square inches (about 36 AWG) would be sufficient to carry the same amount of current over the same distance.
    This is due to a phenomenon known as the skin effect, which causes high-frequency currents to flow primarily along the surface of a conductor rather than through its entire cross-section. As a result, the effective cross-sectional area of the wire is reduced, and a smaller wire can carry the same amount of current as a larger wire at a lower frequency.
    It's important to note that the actual wire size required for a given application will depend on a variety of factors, including the distance the wire needs to travel, the ambient temperature, and the insulation used on the wire. Consulting a professional electrician or engineer is recommended to determine the appropriate wire size for a specific application

      and my second question is in my transformer primer winding two wire together, the one wire diameter is 0.028 the other is 1.04 and two primer layer and 20 turns
      Now, I want to rewinding with only one wire diameter, which wire diameter should I choose any idea?
