May I ask which investments are good? I've been looking at a few different ones but want others' opinions as well!!

Safe room doors should swing in not out. Especially ially in Plainfield which has a history of tornadoes.
I absolutely really love the layout of this place! I do, however have a few ideas though. I really love the master suite & bath, especially the balcony off the master bedroom & the WIC.❤❤❤❤❤👍👍👍👍👍🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
The basement level is amazing!! Definitely my favorite part of the whole house.
Loved this home. The reading nook, playhouse, and doghouse were super special.
Love the dog Wash upstairs and the dog house/ room down in the basement.
Loved that wall in the powder room.
The kitchen could use more upper cabinets and the pantry NEEDS more shelving and maybe some upper cabinets
I like this house. Good layout in the kitchen. Very functional to cook. And the laundry room was fantastic. Having a wash station for a dog would be awesome.

I always expect to see wire shelving in a manufactured home NOT a home in the million $ range. With that said, love hidden pantry, laundry room and the basement.

I'm a general contractor and I've watched so many of your videos. I used to wish you knew more about construction because sometimes you gloss over some wonderfully crafted things or really advanced design ideas or finishes, or you use a term that's not the professionally precise one. Now I simply enjoy that your perspective on these houses has everything to do with how your family (and almost everyone's family) would use and enjoy the house. That is to say that your sincerity in appreciating these houses has really grown on me, and of course I relate to your entrepreneurship and I'm rooting for your growing success. Keep up the good work, Timothy! This particular house is great and the builder seems fantastic.

1:39 They’re not Storm Shutters, they’re on the wrong side of the glass for that. 🤦♀️ They’re called Plantation Shutters. 😉 Much nicer than regular blinds.

I would not have the sitting area in the kitchen area. Dining table should be in that area. Also the door opening should all be same height.

Really like the fireplace and mantle but needs a hearth to complete the fireplace and don't like the wall treatment above it.

This house has more pluses than most of the million dollar homes on this channel. I would do somethings different. But it is still affordable.
Railroad ties would never be used in a house to the smell. That sir, was reclaimed wood from a cabin or a barn.
At 4:01, When in living room facing the foyer, it is a real eye sore for me. Felt really choppy with the beams, banisters, that small opening to look into living room from above. I can feel my eyes quickly moving left to right, rather than having a smooth scan of layout.
Inset cabinet doors always make a kitchen look more upscale. I appreciate this builder using them, because it sucks when a house costs $1 million plus and just has regular cabinets, IMHO.
I liked the play room(s) for the kids and even the dog. I liked the dog feeding area but not too sure what to think of the "kennel". I would like the Master Bedroom to be in a more private area than the other two bedrooms.

Is it a gas or wood burning fireplace? I didn't see a button for the gas and it would be crazy to have a wood burning fireplace without a hearth or fireproof flooring in front of it. It must be something other than wood, because there also wasn't an ash drawer. I love the laundry/pet room. What a beautiful home!
Generally like this home with some modifications as listed but a bit too Many open area's and space I don't need or want and some space I need and want it doesn't have.

If this home was in a state like Arizona I’d have to ask if that storm room was fire rated. We can have some gnarly wildfires.
Those rooms disappointed. I LOVED it until then. Won't ver be a fan of Jack & Jill with shared toilet. I'll say again when we REALLY need the bathroo and the other person CAN'T come out, it's because they're in the tub/shower while u need the toilet. It's easier to share a sink than shower. A separate sink & toilet with shared tub/shower would be my change. Beautiful home and nicely laid out but bedrooms (master in particular) were let downs

Would much rather hear you talk about relevant information such as the cabinet type, brands, upgraded features instead of information that is useless telling us what you like or here is a toilet, here is a bedroom etc, this bedroom is bigger etc. Or saying you can have a drink here and there. Music might be better. Your audience here is seeking more with the caliber of these homes your sharing. Thanks! 😊
