E-Flite F-15 second look - Slow and fast!

I wasn't to happy about the short flight time on the first flights so I decided to try a different approach on how to fly this F-15 Eagle from Horizon Hobby.
The thing about this F-15 is how uncomplicated it is. Remove the landing gears and it becomes even easier to fly and land. I'm flying mine on 4s 2200mah SMART batteries.

totally agree with you - EDF jets are NOT just about seeing how fast you can rip up the sky or how many rolls you can do - its about flying - its all about flying - I love flying low and slow with all my aircraft - I have this one but not yet done the maiden - after watching your video I think I will be quite happy and less nervous when I do it. - I have been told that it is in fact the "OLD" FMS F15 revamped by HH who added AS3X and SAFE to it. (don't know if that is true or not ) but the FMS F15 does look EXACTLY the same (except its Grey)...

It is just like the FMS F-15 but with different paint. As this one isn't to fast low and slow is more fun to do. Not to mention it looks fantastic when it flies slow near to you.

Dropping a big like and showing some support on your latest video . I like flying both slow and fast as well and i really love a good plane that can do both .
Nice flying of this beautiful version of the F-15 . Thanks for the helpful tips . I hope to maiden mine soon now that the weather is getting nicer .

i remember purchasing my eflite F-15 3 years ago and i beleive i paid like $149 for the PNP version now horizon hobby wants 249 for them in the bnf configuration. so basically 250 for a edf with No Rudders No Flaps No Retracts no Lights thats a hard sell if you ask me? So i purchased the FMS V-2 Grey Blue version for 154 on sale via FMS website. And its about 30% percent more powerful than the eflite version so im really super happy i picked up the FMS one instead and saved 100 dollars too

thanks for showing how slow this can fly, does the Arrows t-33 or the Arrows BAE Hawk 50mm also fly this slow?. They do come with stabilization is it as good as e-flite safe or what do you think. I need help deciding what to get as first EDF.

T33 doesn't fly this slow in my experience. The F-15 really likes slow high alpha and looks great doing it.

Verkar vara ett coolt plan. Jag har en på väg med 2 st 2200mah smartbatterier. Hur monterar du batteriet? En del trycker in hela batteriet i kroppen, några har det mer framåt. Följer du manualens cg mått?

Det är ett coolt plan! Jag kör in batteriet hela vägen in och då flyger den bra. Jag har även provat lite längre fram men inte någon direkt skillnad.

I intend to purchase this plane but have a friend with it. I’d like to paint it. Can anyone advise on painting these? I’ve done rc cars my whole life and also fly planes but never thought to paint one. Is it possible? Any help would be greatly appreciated
