I heard that death’s little Spanish rant after he loses roughly translates to “Why do I have to play with my food” lol

my main language is kinda related to spanish, so i can hear it better, he said "why did i played with my food" and on the beginning he said "run run kitty"

The bag that Jack Horner had is actually Mary Poppin's bag (her umbrella was even shown when you first see it in his collection).

if you look real closely during the giant fight at the beginning of the movie, when the crowd did the wave, you can actually see the wolf in the background. he really was there when puss lost his 8th life!

@@AmariMorris also during the flashbacks of Puss deaths the corners have a little something that spoils the secret, when wolf asks for the autographs he taps dead, because he is him and also when puss say he laughs at the face of death the wolf scratches the table

I love that Death had so many opportunities to get Puss but he has enough respect for him that he wanted Puss to fight till the very end. Even giving him his weapon back. The “pick it up” line was so cold

Yeah, it’s cuz Death didn’t really want him dead; he just wanted respect. But he was confident Puss wouldn’t change, hence the bullying. He wanted to put Puss in his place, but Puss actually changed. That’s why he let him go.
@@azuroslazuli6948 idk I just see it as death realizing that puss in boots had a change of heart, abd because of that he can't have fun making his life hell. So he will just go back to being bored as usual.
I love all the subtle hints and reminders that the Wolf is a lot worse than he appears to be (as a threat, not an individual).
He doesn't appear on the map when Goldilocks holds it.
He gets into the Cave of Lost Souls with little to no effort, as well as shattering pure... I dunno, but those screens were not glass, either way, shattering the screens Puss's past lives were on with little effort.
He walks through the field around the wishing star perfectly fine, when the movie shows Jack's last minion exploding when they got trapped in it.
You don't think about or even notice them in the heat of the moment, but looking back on it is just amazing.

One hint I noticed that made the reveal that the Wolf was Death more obvious: Every main character (Puss, Kitty, Perrito, Goldie, the Bears, Jack Horner) has a wanted (or in Perrito’s case, unwanted) poster when they are introduced, EXCEPT the Wolf.
The art style in the movie is god tier, like almost every scene can be used as a wallpaper

10/10 movie fr! Death was by far the best if not, the scariest dreamworks villain I’ve seen. S Tier villain😮💨👌🏾
This movie hit so hard despite it being about anthro cats in a fairy tale universe. The fights scenes are just straight fire and I love the lower frame rates to really step up the tension and roughness of an actual battle. Looks like Into the Spiderverse and The Bad Guys!
They really did go crazy with everything especially the animation🔥

I sometimes like to think that everyone got what they wished for including Jack Horner, albeit his was in the most _karmic way possible._ (You want "all the magic in the world?" Sure, now you're part of the wishing star yourself.)

Death got back to one of favorite types of villains. The ones that talk shit and strike fear in the hero’s heart. If I was to pick another villain that represents this style it would be Ultron from Avengers 2

Deaths rant in Spanish roughly translates to “why the hell did I play with my food” referencing how death never thought puss in boots could change, until he did change.
Death is in all 4 corners of the cards showing puss 8 deaths, he can also be seen in the crowd during the the sleeping giant fight.
Puss has 8 shots of milk, and is drinking his ninth when death shows up, a reference to how he is on his ninth life. There is actually a lot of references to puss lives hidden throughout the movie.
Oh that’s cool I think I caught some references to his loves but didn’t know about the shots🔥

Even from the beginning (the bell tolls with the monster) his, "life count" was hinted at. Love details like that.
Even a nod to, "For whom the bell tolls".
They should make a short movie about Wolf and his adventures. Hunting people down, or helping them along in their journeys end. Make him a lone wanderer and all that so that eventually when he and puss meet up. It's even more gut wrenching.
Imagine a short of him witnessing the death of Shrek’s villains like Farquaad, Fairy Godmother, and Prince Charming

When The green past life says Tgats cheating and Death crushes it and says don’t tell it’s connected too when puss in boots was playing cards and placed all aces down but if you look closely in that seen he has a card in his hat so he’s cheating but it just gets creepier death threw the rock to crush the past life the rock landed on the hat which is what he used to cheat and death said the shhhhhhh don’t tell wile pouting his finger over his mouth saying shush 🤫 he was referring to puss in boots for cheating in tgaf past life
