While this officer may will have the skill set necessary to be a good chief, it is a mistake to assume that because someone is an exceptional officer, they would be good in a managerial role. That requires an entirely different, unrelated skill set.
One of the major issues with the correctional system in this country. Officers seem to think they have control over individuals other than inmates. If they abuse regular citizens outside the facility imagine how they treat those individuals inside the facility and entrusted to their care.

that IS the goal! and the reason why auditors like this exist. They HAVE made an impact as I am seeing more really EDUCATED cops that ARE our best and take their oath seriously. THESE 2 were EXACTLY what we need ALL of our cops to be. But sadly the vast majority are more like the 4 corrections "officers", stupid, egotistical, uneducated and violent/dangerous. They deserve to be IN prison more than 75% of the people there, I guarantee it. Especially that head punk. He had murder in his eyes and if auditor hadn't been so good, he would have ended up in the hospital or morgue or even just "disappearing".
The officer that Sean contacted is phenomenal. Hes clearly been watching audits and did not want to make an ass of himself or his department. Those security guards were atrocious. To behave that way in public is horrifying. I cant imagine what the inmates in that building are put through. Hopefully they learned something.
They need to be stern in there, otherwise it will create a dangerous situation. You can not be friends with inmates, it is the same in any authority situation, work, parenting if you do not keep up discipline you will be in trouble. They were very wrong in the outside, lack of education not malicious intent I believe.

Why is it so hard for public servants to just do their fucking job properly? For all you weak ass correctional officers playing God ,fuck you go Rott in hell 🖕🫵💩🤡👮♀️👮♀️.
I’m inclined to think that the officers response was not related a ton to the audit. The officer he spoke to first did mention he was being cautious about his approach to avoid being baited. As both officers spoke they seemed calm and relaxed. Not tense at all. I’m inclined to think they’re decent guys. As far as the guards. You judge a society on how it handles its prisoners. If these guards are the good guys, and represent “the People” as employees of “the People”, then there is no reason for a prisoner to change. Evil on someone else’s part does not require evil on my part.

These people are NOT confused about public property. They absolutely know Sean is legally allowed and is within his constitutional rights. These tyrants just do not care, and they use intimidation and bullying tactics to scare people into compliance with unlawful demands. To be the Supervisor or one in charge, that guys was really rude and unprofessional. Would be nice for him and all those underneath him to have some training on how to respectfully treat people the right way, know the laws and the constitution. That cop was awesome and very friendly. He is a great cop. Thanks for what you do.
The voluntary humiliation is my second favorite part. My favorite part is knowing that the neighborhoods they've been intimidating for years are laughing at them.
Had it gone differently you know they would hunt this video and say “see, I handled that punk.” I doubt they’ll do that now, but wouldn’t it be fun to be an acquaintance and say “hey, I found a video you might like.” Or, “I thought you were ‘da man’ on that property.”
What Bay Area transparency does when someone says he doesn’t have their permission to film them/post video. He says: Oh! Well can I have permission?” They always say “no.” Sometimes smugly and defiantly. He then says: “that’s ok I don’t need your permission anyways 😂.”

The fact that so many people seem to legitimately not know that "state property" is "public property" is really an indictment of the public school systems across the United States.
People also confuse public property (parks/post offices) with publicly accessible (grocery stores/malls) when they are asked to leave stores they always try to argue is a public space and that they have the right to be there.
Public schools are horrible. Let's be real, after like 5th grade, schools don't teach anything that anyone will actually use in life. They should be teaching kids how to do taxes, build credit even though credit is designed to keep people in debt, how to invest money, but instead the keep people stupid.
Just because it’s “publicly funded” doesn’t give the people the right to access that property. You completely fail at understanding the 1A. Time, place, manner restrictions. All state property falls into four different categories. Traditional public forum, designated public forum, limited public forum and non-public forum. Jails and prisons are non-public forums automatically. Which has been recognized numerous times by the courts. The courts have also been very clear that rights can be limited and restricted based on an objectively reasonable narrowly tailored governmental interest. In this case, that would be a security issue. Just because tax dollars pay for something doesn’t give anyone a right to that property. Our tax dollars pay for police cruisers but I can’t just take one for a joy ride
@@AIexHernandezwell that’s because things become much more complicated when you are talking about a Quasi-public place. Because it’s viewed as a public place for certain things and retains private property ownership for others. It’s a very nuanced topic

@@drewl5276 I don’t know about this guy. But I’ve noticed that more and more auditors are just trying to provoke a reaction, as opposed to keeping an eye on public officials. One of the major issues with the correctional system in this country. Officers seem to think they have control over individuals other than inmates. If they abuse regular citizens outside the facility imagine how they treat those individuals inside the facility and entrusted to their care.
Oh they treat every inmate like a freaking animal. I would say treated like dogs, but dogs are treated better than people. He's lucky they didn't put hands on him
