What a lovely introduction. It sounds like this might be used to introduce yourself to someone in a book club, perhaps. One note: the verb 'recommend' is a tricky one in English. I’ve been working in my English skills for over 5 years. Is it correct?
We need to make just one small change to the preposition. We use 'on' with 'work' to indicate our focus. "I've been working on my English skills..."
