I absolutely love your style. I don’t know if it’s just me but I’ve been following you and your mom for a while. I feel like for a while there your style was a bit stifled and u felt as tho u had to follow your mom’s tips and tricks. Not that they’re bad but I totally love your more modern design style and while your mom has her place in the design world u do too now and they can complement one another just yours is more modern and appeals more to me personally. I commented on your new bedroom that my husband and I actually designed our bedroom very very similarly and seeing yours a few months later just made my heart smile! Brought me so much joy! I love this version of you and feel you are flourishing and feeling more confident in yourself. Love it!

My mum has a flex room at her house. Growing up it was used mostly for me as a sitting room for my friends to come over but easily transformed into a guest bedroom when needed. Something really cool my mum did with a room was take a single bed and get custom soft furnishing that make it into a sofa, amazing for an office space that can easily be used to sleep more people 😄

Love your videos! Thought I’d share a tip that I learned from another video that maybe you don’t know about and could help you. That’d be super cool 😎 since ur great at organizing. If you know about it, then ignore me - but there’s a battery organizer for all the different sizes that even comes with a battery tester. Never saw it before but I just ordered one today and it’ll be super useful cuz I do the same thing as you and put all my batteries in a bin but a lot of them leak acid and some don’t work but I never know which ones so the tester will be great. Hope that helps!

Hi Sharah! i've been watching your videos eversince i found it in you tube., and i love to see videos on organizing things in your home, one thing i would like to ask, how do you organize folders in your home office.? seems to me you dont stock or keep files in folders that's why i don't see one in your videos.?, coz i have lots of it in our house because i use it to file bills, lined together with bond papers, extra folders, envelops, supplies for school and office when i work at home and my daughter doing her homework.. thanks! keep posting you tube videos on organizations., love your videos😊

Probably a flex (able) room is meant to be a den where the tv use to go with a couch & few chairs that could also be used for a guest bedroom when family member would spend the night. We had a room like this when I grew up. We also used it for an alternate bedroom when children demand their own room and the parents decided it was ok. We also had another doorway from the kitchen to the backyard so there was an alternate way to get there.

I am assuming a flex room is like my guest bedroom that is also my office and my husband's closet and dressing area. This is the room that is at the end of the hallway and visually seen by our guests. So I turned the bed to the wall just behind the door so our company can see the pretty headboard, bedspread and pillows right from inside the doorway.
