Abandoned for 20 years and hitting the road again! (kinda)

  • @jessebounds6795 has had this classic Peterbilt 359 sitting in the weeds for 20 years, and it's finally time to get started on the project! The only problem is that there's not much of it left, so I took the @zacklift over and after chaining and strapping a bunch of parts in place, I got it hooked up and it hit the road (kinda) for the first time in over two decades!
Be sure to check out our Patreon project where we use whatever it brings in in a month as our budget to help someone the following month! I was never a fan of the Patreon idea until I realized that I can use it to help others instead of myself, so I created the Patreon Project where we can all combine our efforts to make a real difference in people's lives and make the world a better place! For as little as a dollar a month you can join the group of awesome people already on board and be vote to help steer the ship along the way!

Though, given how paranoid I would be of misplacing it, I would probably be taking a lot of extra steps to make sure it wound up back in the box by the controls. Those remotes are so handy. Roll up the strap, bring the end between the roll and the rachet through the centre of your roll, and then around the roll and pull to tighten, to undo reverse those steps. It’s pretty fast and quick, id love to know what else you do. Car doors work well. Cheers 🍻

I love Jesse's comment at the beginning of the video... (0:40 or so...)
"There SEEMS to be a lot of parts missing off this truck............" Ya think?

If I was Jesse, standing beside a skeleton, which ‘outlived’ all its previous owners, I would feel a weird pressure…

Interesting , Thank You. Sad about Ethan . Looks like an interesting project. If all goes well She will absorb some Fine Deere power . An Edison conversion could be interesting . So many possibilities. I agree supporting local businesses is good

Bring the frame rails to Edison Motors they’ll build everything new and you may be able to get a new vin so you get tax benefits.

It's funny how different regions can have different words for the same thing.
Casey called this a "project truck"
Around here it would be called "a pile of rusty scrap metal."

Serious question do u have room to put on a 25k wintch on that tractor so if u had to wintch what ever on to your equipment trailer when it doesn't run. Still have plenty of room to hook up and operate the zachlift.
