Scam artist destroyed the entire towing industry, they over charge customer and pay the actual people doing the job the minimal the worst way to start a tow business is to contract with Agero

got approval email for service charges from Agero , service was done i did not get paid when i call advocate group i was told Approval email mean nothing , it happen several times TOWERS STAY AWAY FROM THEM

charge agero upfront with credit card otherwise you will spend weeks and hours on the phone for your payment

Agero damaged my brand new car. The dealership where i bought my car, estimated the repairs at $1799- Agero just decided they would only pay $ 500- something. This is a corpation that is out to make a buck at all costs and scee the customer
Agero didn't damage your car, the tow company did, you need to go after the real liable party.
They're hiring in the United States for jobs that were in Sault Ste Marie, Ontario Canada. They're leaving behind 300 people who's lively hood will destroyed at the end of April 2020, and they have no empathy for me and my former colleagues. I worked for Agero for over 11 years. I was let go on October 24 of this year. 11 years working in a very stressful job that affected my health. I sure hope our city council socks it to this company for all the tax breaks just to do business in our great Northern city. Make them pay all the taxes back, and don't let the door hit you on the butt on the way out.
Now they just need to get rid of them assholes.
I'm in the agero wfh course right now under The Arise platform. It's seems like a stressful job. It's confusing and seems to be al over the place. I'm not sure if I'm going to continue.

Yup and here today they are trying to cut their labor force and move positions to vietnam. ACT is where agero was, and I've worked for ACT too, they are by far a worse place to trade hours for dollars.
SCAM
As a towing company has a contract with Agero/Swoop I have nothing positive to say about them and can testify to a lot of the complaints and bullshit that they make service providers and the customer requesting roadside assistance. Also their Agents suck, they are never in your state, city, and not up to date with current/active conditions in your given area.
Example when California was in a state of emergency due to flooding and trees falling over their trying to get vehicles service and asking why extra charges and extensive eta times..... watch the news! And stay up to date with current events....
