The commentary is helpful when it explains what the workers are doing, especially when it's something obscure and non-obvious like putting fake skin on a prosthetic. The commentary is NOT helpful when it explains nothing, just says, "What an impressive job they're doing", or something like that.

Either A. Hire a team of researches so your commentary is ACCURATE and RELEVANT, AND hire a native English speaker to correct your Google translate narration - or, the far easier AND preferred option - just STOP with the narration.

@@mog-gyveroneill2500 That is why competition in free enterprise is great. It makes us great at what we do. But speed is only half of it. Maintaining quality is the other half. I'm so delighted that you took YOUR personal time to develop this video, a compilation of people working "rhythmically," "musically," if you will, with their hands. Their rhythms are incredible. ( Watching these videos reminds me of a time, now over 50 years ago, when I was working in a chicken hatchery, and we had to put together many many chick boxes, with partitions inside so that 25 chicks would be in each segment, for a total of 100 baby chicks, and then eventually put a lid on each box in preparing them for shipping to brooder houses, where they would begin their "second part of life." Great memories--and wonderful people to work with.) Just one suggestion: I find your personalized logos on the video screen, one in the upper left-hand corner and one in the lower right-hand corner, as nothing more than distractions to this viewer's eyes. Why do they need to be there? It's just really hard to watch any programs on a screen these days without having to deal with this constant visual clutter. Thanks. ~drs (12/12/23)

Been there Done that. Anyone that tells you "You don't want to be working on a production line" has never worked on a production line... Ok I only did a few months for my uncles factory... but one of the most enjoyable jobs I ever had.
Packed (among other jobs) Mobil oil into 1lt bottles for petrol stations...
My uncle made the packer. A couple of pneumatic rams, some adjustable valves and adjustable stops... result: a twin bottle filler.
A fill took about 6 secs and about 3 secs resetting, 2 bottles side by side. Roller bench across the front.
While resetting I would remove the 2 bottles, put the next 2 in place, grab a couple of lids, hit the button while putting the lid on (with a motorised rubber cone to do up the lid) and drop the 2 filled bottles into a box.
This left with about 6 seconds to twiddle my thumbs.... Well actually... One of the following...
    Un wrap some flat boxes.
Unfold the boxes into box shape.
Tape the bottom of the box.
Throw a dozen empty bottles into a box (and throw it onto the rollers)
Tape up a full box and push it down the rollers.
Date stamp about 8 filled boxes
Stack 4 filled boxes onto a pallet (24 or 26 a layer depending on what the bottles were, and packed from the back corner diagonally toward me (5-6 high).
Tipping the 44gal drums at x fills before the pickup sucked air (at a known point x boxes into a drum, then a box or 2 before the pickup sucked air)
oh.. and all this time also tuning the machine so they filled just below the lip at the topside of a bottle... which would vary with the temp of the room and time of day temp).
The only time i had to stop was to change drums when it sucked air, then a few bottles would be part filled due to air... Set them aside and pour them into other part filled bottles so the machine churns on... and then having to stop longest to get the pallet of 4 drums swapped out..
Basically I raced the machine... and managed very few stoppages (I'd misalign the odd bottle and would get a spray of oil if I wasn't quick enough to pull the bottles and hit a reset.
12 bottles per box. 24 bottle per layer (288 bottles), 9 secs a bottle, 5 layers... Just under 4hrs a pallet, 2 pallets a day...
And all the time, listening to the radio and chatting to another guy doing a different run in the background...
I could put my mind to different thoughts/inventions etc and when I got home, I felt like doing things as i wasn't stressed.
After that... Years of IT then Maintenance engineering... both stressful.. can't be bothered doing anything when I get home.... better money.. but at what cost.

I went on to IT helpdesks (yeah a little stress there), IT 2nd level support/repair... (yup more).. left IT coz I got sick of the political infighting).. became a maintenance repair tech (small machinery)... as you do with 20yr IT experience (but I'm a jack of all trades, master of nuttin).. and still stress...
I long for the race... ok a shower of brake fluid wasn't a great thing to look forward to... but Darts at lunch, radio and chat all day... (just look at my replies.. i sorta talk ... a LOT.
