Travel to Rasht, Iran in 2024 and visit the Rasht Bazaar, one of the MOST FAMOUS MARKETS in all of Iran. The bazaar sits in Municipality Square which dates back to Pahlavi dynasty.
Unlike similar traditional bazaars, the Rasht market is not covered and has no ceiling domes. The bazaar has maintained its traditional appearance throughout the years and is still a place where agricultural products, different fish, local foods and handicrafts are sold.
Here I had SO MUCH FUN with locals who were SUPER EXCITED to see and talk to an American tourist and show me the fish, chickens, sheep heads, vegetables and more!

Rasht (the capital city of Gilan Province) is the largest city on Iran's Caspian Sea coast with Mediterranean climate that it's history goes back to the 13th century. It's the perfect stop on a road trip north of Tehran, after the Chalus Mountain range and before Ardebil and Tabriz.
I spent 24 DAYS IN IRAN and am SO excited to show you just how different the country is from what you might see on television and the news.

باور نکردنی! در سال 2024 به رشت، ایران سفر کنید و از بازار رشت، یکی از معروف ترین بازارهای سراسر ایران دیدن کنید. این بازار در میدان شهرداری قرار دارد که قدمت آن به دوره پهلوی می رسد.
بازار رشت برخلاف بازارهای سنتی مشابه، سرپوشیده نیست و گنبد سقفی ندارد. این بازار در طول سالیان متمادی ظاهر سنتی خود را حفظ کرده است و هنوز هم محلی برای فروش محصولات کشاورزی، ماهی های مختلف، غذاهای محلی و صنایع دستی است.
در اینجا با مردم محلی که از دیدن و صحبت با یک گردشگر آمریکایی بسیار هیجان زده بودند و ماهی، مرغ، کله گوسفند، سبزیجات و موارد دیگر را به من نشان می دادند، بسیار سرگرم شدم!
به رسانه ها اعتماد نکنید... ایران پر از مردم شگفت انگیزی است که آمریکا را دوست دارند و از شما استقبال می کنند تا از "گهواره تمدن" دیدن کنید!
رشت (مرکز استان گیلان) بزرگ‌ترین شهر ساحلی دریای خزر ایران با آب و هوای مدیترانه‌ای است که تاریخچه آن به قرن سیزدهم می‌رسد. این ایستگاه بهترین توقف در یک سفر جاده ای شمال تهران، بعد از رشته کوه چالوس و قبل از اردبیل و تبریز است.
من 24 روز را در ایران گذراندم و بسیار هیجان زده هستم که به شما نشان دهم چقدر کشور با آنچه ممکن است در تلویزیون و اخبار ببینید متفاوت است.

Iran had 9+ million tourists back in 2019, due to certain events it went down to half a million, now its up to 6 million again and rising. Iran is an amazing place for tourism.

Iran truly is the land of mysteries, even most people living in Iran don't know every corner of their tremendous and gigantic country. I believe Iran is one of the few countries in the world that has four seasons at the same time with snowy mountains in the northwest, ancient forests and a damp rainy climate in the north, magnificent deserts in the central and southeastern parts of the country, Mediterranean climate in some mountainous regions and the jewel of all, the Persian Gulf that has one of the most beautiful sandy and colorful beaches that could be a great tourist location if allowed. History, culture, food, hospitality, weather, everything is suitable for Iran being a perfect tourist country, but things are not always as they should be. 🥺

im from Rasht the Capital of gilan , it's a part of iran that usually doesn't get looked a lot but when there is a holiday most of the country travel here for vacation because of great weather and friendly people . its like the europe of iran
