CJ, great material. Gently said...keep in mind you have a certain legitimacy, authority, and strength from MANY years teaching AND being a white male. You are for sure always on my play list for Teacher PD. But some things work more seamlessly you than less experienced teachers who do not look like you. Just saying. Keep rocking it! We need you.
