    hi If any one have two or three license, Like one is for shop another for Contracting business, then all individual entity will be treated separate entity or Group. These are proprietorship.

      That is a good question. We are still waiting for some clarity on such points. It seems likely you may be able to do a group registration. However in the case of VTA, you will have one registration as a sole proprietor.

    Dear We have a company in uae mainland outside freezone.
    We are exporting goods and also sells local in uae.
    So if we we want to calculate the 9% CT.
    So during calculation we will also calculate our exports.i mean on exports also 9% CT applicable?

      Based on the information we have so far, your entire business will be taxed, including your exports.

    9% on Taxable income means net profit or net income? If net income less than Aed 375,000 it means zero rated and no need to pay and if net income exceeding 375,000 i.e for example 500k and 9% rates on 125k? Am I correct?

      Taxable income means net profit. If profit is lower than 375K no tax to be paid.
