What makes you say they “assumed superiority”? They were a successful minority within Uganda and had been living there for generations. Amin believed that expelling them would reinforce his popularity among the populace but ultimately proved horribly detrimental because the native population wasn’t skilled enough to sustain or administer the economy. If anything, it’s plain tragic that the Indian population got kicked out virtually overnight. Put yourself in their shoes before making such pointed statements on YT.

This reminds me of a recent video posted by a Chinese woman living in Jamaica. She wanted everyone to know that Jamaica is NOT a Black country. She said their slogan, "Out of many nations, one people" proves it's not a Black country. I've visited Jamaica 2 or 3 times. Before you leave the airport they begin indoctrinating you that racism does not exist in Jamaica. Yet, it's rare for a Black Jamaican to own any of the stores or run any of the businesses. Those Jamaicans in deep poverty are overwhelmingly Black. There is Black "leadership" but clearly they align with maintaining a non-Black power base. Nothing that makes Jamaica famous comes from the Chinese, East Indians or Whites. Perhaps, they need to enact some Amin-isms.

He was a pawn of Britain and Israel, they brought him to power.
But he turned against them and started soloing a bit, it's possible that the power hit him in the head and he started to believe that he was something. But even then they still don't remove him, because even outside of direct control he did more harm than good, but they didn't count on him to start cooperation with the PLO against Israel and war against neighboring Tanzania, thus risking new international crises and wars that will no longer be fully controllable.
Only then, they remove him from power through their second pawn Nyerere in Tanzania (he was a British agent who only seemingly freed his country from colonialism, but in reality only changed the form of enslavement and control, just like all the other "fighters for independence" - Gandhi, Jinnah, Nkrumah, Kenyatta, Kaunda, Mugabe, etc.)

@@krishnagondhea7428 they created a nice world for themselves inside another world. this model only works temporarily unless you have someone else from outside with power and $ backing up the minority and any majority uprising. let's be realistic - Europeans and the Asians came their to build themselves up - and they did indeed. nothing wrong with that, but it's unsustainable, without creation of obtainable middle class that acts as a buffer for protection of the upper class/minority. the only force that is willing to give up their life for the upper class is the middle class, it is up to the upper class to grow the middle class if they are indeed interested in the long-term survival.
the point is simple - Europeans and the Asians failed to grow the protection that they needed and only depended on the external powers for protection. the moment the external protection was gone they had nobody to protect them from inside.
Warren Buffett and Bill Gates can go to Walmart and they do not have to worry because they are protected by the middle class. Most billionaires around the world are afraid to reside in their own country because their countries have a very small middle class (no protection). Take for example Mexico, the wealthy people in Mexico have the capacity, recourses to make it a great and safe nation. instead they build big fancy compounds for protection or reside in the US/Canada. again, nothing wrong with what they elect to do, but it should not be a surprise to them when someone comes after them.
as I stated it's up to the wealthy/minority to build their own protection, if not for the others but their own protection.

The problem with foreign aid is it hits you two ways… 1. Creates dependency on people that do not necessarily have your best interests at heart 2. Holds you hostage to always going with whatever the country giving you aid wants you to do. At the end of the day, it’s really like … “we can do this the hard way or the easy way”Ultimately, the capacity for violence will always be were true power lies.

The Western powers are doing the same right now to Nicolas Maduro in Venezuela with their oil. This is why Biden’s TPS order is causing Venezuelans and migrants from other countries, to flood into NYC and Chicago, damn near bankrupting the cities. Same thing happened in the early 80s with Cubans, when the US imposed deep sanctions on Fidel Castro & Cuba, years prior. The beginning of Scarface kind of went into the Mariel Boat Lift into Miami.

@@e.a.poecrnimacak354 enslavement and control? That’s hardly how anybody would describe the Indians in Uganda! If you mean control the economy surely enough if Indians were paying 90% of the revenue taxes it’s something to think about???? And enslavement? I mean Indians were bought to Uganda as slaves to build railways between Mombasa and Kampala. Surely enough they’ve been the slaves? Just because they thrived in industry and business that didn’t mean slavery for the natives by any measure

@@krishnagondhea7428 I was not talking about Indians, but Brits. That's why I said: he was a British agent (referring to Julius Nyerere, just look where he spent a part of his early life, education and where he died) who only seemingly freed his country from colonialism, but in reality only changed the form of enslavement and control, just like all the other "fighters for independence" - Gandhi, Jinnah, Nkrumah, Kenyatta, Kaunda, Mugabe, etc.
Amin was also a British agent, their pawn who became rebellious to the point where he risked new international crises and wars that could get out of control, that's why they removed him through their second pawn Nyerere. They placed Obote again and then Museveni who remains in power to this very day.

Britain has a terrible past. Her col😅nial record is steeped in exploitation, slavery, enslavement, dehumanization and undiluted parasitism.
But of all the peoples she so colonized, the African was the worst hit.
Imagine this: After taking over the lands, exploiting the land, looting the minerals and artifacts, Britain had to export Asians, especially Indians, to East Africa to take over African lands.
In due time, these Asians became the deputy colonialists, becoming the middle class and pushing the natives down the social ladder.
Britain did not only export her parasitism to Africa, she encouraged the Indians to export their caste system to Africa too.
Field Marshal Amin may have faults, but he wasn't altogether a bad man. May History remember his good deeds too.
