Recently bought a khaki GB2 style belt, but have no idea how to thread trap holster and a couple lobster claw keyfobs. Am used to the GB1 style where I could get the whole buckle open. Got this for FE but not sure what to do.
@lime11 Had to remember what pliers approach I used for the web belt. You are SO right, got the trap holster fed thru, but lost about a gallon of sweat!
@@Mood_Slime11 turned out great! After drying it appeared a little dark, but one wash in hot water + sun drying and it looks exactly how I wanted it to look!
Great info! I’m confused, however: doesn’t this place the trap centered behind you?
It sure does. If you re-watch the film, every Ghostbuster had a different placement. This is based on Venkman.

Any chance you could share how you were able to get the dye job on the GB1 belt to come out so well?
I used 2 packs of pearl gray RIT Dye mixed with a tspn of vinegar in boiling water for 10 minutes
@@Mood_Slime11 Thanks! Belt and dye enroute!
@@chrisbickel2423 Keep an eye on it while it's in the dye bath and let it sit and dry after. good luck
