Pfaffenthal Panoramic Elevator ride in Luxembourg City, Luxembourg

I look a ride from the lower city neighborhood of Pfaffenthal (Pafendall) up to Ville Haute (High City) in the panoramic lift. It is completely glass, so you get a great view as it takes you between neighborhoods. Best of all, it is free to ride. Shot in September 2019.
