I created my own fake influencer!

Facebook and Instagram are both drowning in profiles with images of influencers that I doubt even exist.
So I decided to spend a rainy Sunday on finding out how hard it is to create a fake influencer with the Stable Diffusion AI tool. Creating influencer-like photos is easy, giving your fake influencer a generally consistent look across images can be done through careful prompting, and making the face consistent can be achieved using face-swap techniques. I even found time to play with the brand new Stable Diffusion Video model to create short videos from some of the still images.
Considering the results I was able to produce in just one day, I guess we should not be surprised that social media is being flooded by fake influencers.
