Dare to Overcome 2023

Dare to Overcome (DTO) is the premier global event for business leaders and diversity professionals to build peace by celebrating best practices, virtues, and values in being allies of differing communities and cultures in workplaces and marketplaces. Dare to Overcome began in Rio de Janeiro (2016) with the support of Brazilian President Michel Temer, then moved to South Korea (2018) under Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon’s patronage, then to Tokyo (2021) with former Japanese Prime Minister Yukio Hatoyama’s active support, then to Washington DC (2022) with the world’s largest carrier American Airlines, became DTO’s official airline and partner.
DTO’s 2023 -- produced by Teamwork Arts and held in New Delhi on 4 October -- is now permanently based in India with gatherings worldwide, including in London and Washington DC, with plans for Singapore and Dubai.
DTO-India 2023 was also the first-ever international gathering of Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) committed to fostering intercultural understanding in corporate workplaces.
DTO's signature events are the King Husein Global Business & Intercultural Peace Awards and the Business & Peace Symposium.
