Halloween Man Hero is like every blue fragrence rolled into one. One of the few in my collection that actually gets complements. Its nothing mindblowing, but If you want an abroxan/citrus style fragrence for cheap, its hard to go wrong with it.
Great choices man! Out of this list I get crazy amount of compliments with Rasasi Hawas. That bad boy is a beast in performance. I get over 10 hrs longevity easy and last days on clothing! 🔥💪🏽
This probably goes without saying for a lot of folks, but just in case someone needs to hear it, while compliments are nice, it's way better when you get complimented for wearing something that you love. An example for me: I own a touch over 300 fragrances which means I always have options. I have stuff that just sings to me, I have stuff I regret buying or I've fallen out of love with, and I have stuff that I just kind of have. Something like Acqua di Gio Absolu is great example of something that will almost certainly get me a compliment everytime I wear it, but at the same time it's fairly boring to me and just sort of safe. People clearly love it, yes, but it feels a bit like being complimented on a new white dress shirt. Now, if I'm wearing something like Guerlain L'omme Ideal Cologne or Amouage Imitation Man or Armaf The Warrior (Admittedly three wildly different fragrances) and someone likes it and compliments it, I'm way more excited to talk about it. The Warrior is a great example for me because it's such a wildly overlooked Armaf, it's only 20 bucks, and it reminds me of a specific point in my life. I have had one person ever compliment me while wearing it and I was like "I know, right???" Or if someone likes Imitation Man, I'm suddenly nerding out on that rose note and how it mixes with the leather and just kind of taking it in. Which is great, because in a lot of occasions I'm anxious about wearing it in public. So with a list like this, my advice is find the thing that stands out to you and wear that, don't just buy up all the compliment monsters trying to get positive attention, because you'll either be disappointed when your tastes don't match other folks or worse, if it doesn't work and folks don't say anything at all. Focus on complimenting yourself first, so to speak, and then if other folks like it as well let that be a bonus. Also, just to add to the video specifically, I also enjoy Tres Nuit Lyric, great budget frag that's overlooked, but if we're being honest the regular Tres Nuit is maybe the best way possible to spend $20 on a fragrance. I can't think of a better bang for your buck that Tres Nuit. That's definitely one where I love it and everyone around me loves it and I feel great about not having used up a Creed spray or two to get there.
Heads up !!! Lattafa Hayatti Al Maleki you must have this in your summer rotation (I bought 3 back up bottles)!!! Nothing but compliments here in Socal !!!

Yup I'm near where your at, where it's still below zero. I just copped that north stag and wow the presentation is bonkers. Everyday the smells grow on me, really nice. Not too much reactions for this online, so I'm happy you mentioned it. When I step outside and the cold air hits my body, it has a magical smell
Great picks. I have some of the usual cheat code compliment getters like CDNs, Bade Al Oud, Khamrah, etc I also get props from Qaed Al Fursan, Emir Rich Santal, Cedrat Essense, Porto Neroli, and I was very surprised by the compliments I get from Furyo and Antonio Bandaras Icon EDP

One fragrance I just purchased, that I NEVER expected to get compliments with is, Lataffa khaltaat royal blends. I bought it because I was curious and it was very inexpensive. I loved the way it worked when my body chemistry. But I wore it out for the very first time yesterday,around a lot people, and I had at least 5 compliments in one day. That supprised me like crazy, I was not expecting to get any compliments what so ever. The thing was only 20 bucks, and people LOVED IT! INCLUDING my sister who's very, very picky when it comes to Fragrances.
You had me look more into that one a few weeks back. Have it in my cart now for my next haul. A little nervous it will be too feminine on me, but worth the gamble at that price point I think.

I don't ever remember asking about this one in particular, because I was never interested in trying it. As for the one I do remember asking you to possibly look into, I can't say you would find it anything special. And I definitely can't recommend it. It's very simple. I think I was just overly excited to try a Fragrance nobody was talking about. And I think I was being overly excited 😬🤦so for that, I apologize. But when it comes to khaltaat, In my opinion, it definitely leans way more feminine. Because of all the fruity, sweet, juiciness. The fruits is mostly what you'll get, followed by the sweetness, and then some spice's, the oud and woody notes are nearly non existent. Even though it's not listed, I strangely pick up a coconut note. All of this is just to my nose,my skin,and Just my opinion. But who knows. If you try it, you may end up loving it.
Royal blends smells like a cheap "grandma's makeup bag" version of 1 Million Elixer to me. I love sweet fragrences, but Royal Blends the least successful blind buy I've ever made. I've had several people tell me it smells like an old lady, and i have to agree with them. Very feminine. I can't find anyone who likes it, so I can't even give it away. It's weird how everyone perceives scents differently.
Every time hawas gets mentioned on a top 10 list, it makes me hype. I always comment about it. I can’t wait until summer time. i’ll be rocking that bad boy. It smells amazing in the heat. I love it when you spray it and you walk outside and then the breeze hits you in your face and it makes it smell amazing in the air. I’m trying to get two or more bottles of it because of how sexy it is I’m madly in love with that fragrance. It’s my favorite. Been wanting it for a long time and i finally got it. Thanks to best brands Perfume for recommending it. I call it the secret sauce bc nobody knows what I’m wearing. i’ve never got my nose on a summer fragrance like that before. and I seen it got a lot of hype in the fragrance community. I’m on my second bottle. I went through the first bottle so fast because I oversprayed it. Wayyyyyyy better than Invictus aqua. Just forget about that and get thawas. I gotten a lot of compliments can’t keep track. I remember when my coach and I was at a hi school football game and he told me when we were walking through the gate some girl thought it was him that smelled really good but he told her it was me and she was like he smells really good. he told me later on I didn’t know about this. I didn’t hear her say anything. that’s crazy. My neighbor’s mom was loving the fragrance as well. It attracts attention for sure. I get fired up every time I smell it. Everything about rasasi hawas is a 10 out of 10. it’s a big-time performer. It last 12+ hours on me. Projection and sillage is crazy. I go back upstairs and I could smell it in the hallway even though I sprayed it in my room
@@PostCologne that’s good enough since it’s already strong. On occasions where I’m going out to a party etc, i used to do 13 sprays. Thanks to a friend of mine who owns a Cologne store. He helped me with a different spraying routine . I know that everybody has their own routine of how to spray a fragrance. Thank you for bringing it up in this video you made my day.
Halloween man hero is the shit fr It’s like professional mix of the blue dna it is inspired from It’s basically Mont Blanc legend spirit and fierce if it was more oriented towards a summer oriented beach fragrance. Skin longevity is kinda eh but the overspraying works trust me

@@PostCologne Haha, Zoologist can get very challenging at times, some are more art for the sake of art IMO, but some like Sloth I find very wearable, or Macaque which smells like fruit and temple incense (makes sense since macaques hang around temples and their fur smells like incense!). At 225 clams, not cheap but much cheaper than high end niche (or Tom Ford), for sure.
I am really intrigued by Tres Nuit Lyric becuase of some people on fragrentica saying its kind of like Aqva Atlantique which is still my favourite ever and no clones for it as far as I know. Do you find any resemblance between the two? Thanks for the video!
@@PostCologne Fair enough, might just get it if it is sold for good, Armaf nowdays tend to inflate their prices a lot, especially considering its a clone brand. On the side note, I would really suggest you get Aqva Atlantique if you can, its the only designer I felt was complete its money worth and still the only true beast mode blue/aquatic I ever came across! Here is the list which i made Frank Oliver Blue touch Encre noir sport Rasasi mohraf Rasasi rasana Versace blue jeans I like natural fresh greeny, aquatic tones mixed with woody sandalwood and vetiver kind of blend 🥰 Anything else you would like to suggest. hawas - synthetic, big projection, screams smell me please, good for young men 16-24 lattafa fakhar - supposedly someone smelled it after 16 hours in the hallway where i sprayed myself, i dont know, very likeable and not so synthetic, definately would pick this up instead of hawas. blue iconic - meh, i think dylan blue is better, i prefer aquatic scents more than blue turathi blue - smells green a little, if i would blind bought it i would be disappointed, blue iconic is 5 times better, this is funky
Curious, I have ordered fakhar, as always variety of opinions, cant wait to use It. Would you say IS not waste of money? Some people really throw hate to that fragrance. (Sorry for my english)

Coach platinum gets me a ton of compliments from mostly women it’s a must have in my collection. I personally I like it better than coach for men

A really good hidden gem in my opinion is AFNAN MODEST UNE FOR MAN. it's one of the best SAUVAGE clones out there, great performance, and super cheap

Personally I like al qiam better because it's a little sweeter and fresher. Both are amazing, just a personal preference of mine.
