No one answered you for 3 months? Basically, HRT can cause taste preferences to change. So, foods you used to not like you might suddenly start to like (and vice-versa).
Spironolactone, commonly used as an anti androgen, tends to lower your sodium levels a lot. So lots of trans women on HRT get cravings for salty foods.
The secret to opening jars is good grip. I'm stronger then my mom, but I also have perpetually sweaty hand, so she's better at opening jars and such. Alternative: just break the jar. That might work.

Two things: first thing, I wish I learned piano or guitar as a kid so I didn't have trouble learning both as an adult. Second thing I use a zip up hoodie unzipped so I can wear a nice graphic tee underneath to pull it altogether
