Great video my friend!! My kids pit bike was bogging out mid to high throttle and I adjusted the needle, now it runs like a beast again. Thank you sir for a well broke down video.
When you are pulling choke lever you are putting it in position ON and butterfly is closed. Pushing the choke back is position OFF the butterfly is parallel to the air flow and have no air restriction.
hi my pitbike is running rich but that i dont mind. what i dont like is that while leaned over and throttle momentarily closed , as i open and try to be smooth the throttle response is very snappy and upsets the whiole bike . will changing the base fuel/air mixture solve the trick (as there is a some black liquid on the exhausts i assume its running rich) or whill i need to change the idle needle ?
@@BoatMotors so adjusting the throttle and it seems that without the air filter on excess fuel is blowing out. And got serous back fire on de acceleration. Does that mean it’s to lean.
ótimo trabalho! video de facil compreensão, o video merecia estar mais exposto a todos os outros curiosos desta plataforma! abraço excelente video e dicção ;)
If the bike is raised and the rear wheel is free and the engine is running, it is normal for the wheel to move slightly. The reason for this is the oil in the transmission that moves and engages the gears. This is normal.
Thank so much, very explanatory video. They only video that explains everything 😊

Best video explaining carbs ive seen
Thanks!
Best video ever
Thanks!
fantastic video my friend
Thanks!
Excuse me Sir, when choke is on, the butterfly should be open or closed?? I'm confused on the choke position 🤔🤔, please help...

Start with the needle
So my bike, if I pull full throttle quickly it’s bogs and stalls, if I pull it slowly it’s fine. What’s the best solution?
How long this is going on?
@@BoatMotors just started bike is new only had few hours run time.
@@Bikebros27 Try raising up the needle with one position
@@BoatMotors does the air mixture screw do anything to help with throttle. Or is that for idle only?

Obrigada!
As a complete beginner i appreciate your time but when you switched the diagram 180 degrees on the pumper carb you confused the viewer.
Why does my new 2 strock engine starts spining the wheel without giving it throttle

@@BoatMotors but the wheel spin fast and the engine reves alot
Check and adjust throttle cable
Excellent!!!!!
My 4stroke dirtbike runs fine in idle and first gear but the rest it will lose power with medium and high throttle
Sounds like getting too much air in
@Ken Martin probably i put a new port into it but i just use it to mess with
@@motolifegamer4206dont know what you mean by port
@@kenmartin2454 the plastic tube in a subwoofer box
@@motolifegamer4206 what does that have to do with a dirtbike? Like use it as a fuel wire?
If u want the fuel to be low
Adjust the floater
Cables don’t push
Thanks!
