Remember to make yourself believe that when your shifting that your already there, don’t focus on if your getting symptoms or not just focus on believing your already at your dr! Also look out for angel numbers they don’t always have to be 111 222 or 333 and so on, they can be numbers such as 5959 4444 1010 and so on! If you keep seeing the same line of numbers search up what angel number that is and you’ll know what the universe and your angels are trying to tell you!

I did this as one of my OCS (Ava okurmura) and I was picturing her just laying on Fred, falling asleep, (As a norm) while Fred was comforting her after a 0/10 day (for Ava that is) and the no heartbeat is amazing btw i love it cos the ehartbeat noise in shows is supposedly spoopy and it doesnt help me calm down but this vid does so yeah :D
