    Welcome back to a brand new Vlog.
    Here I bring to you the old traditional ways of building your Bodies using the famous Mudgars.
    The Mugdars or famously known as indian clubs and Mace is a heavy lift workout primarily Targeting the back , shoulder, traps , biceps and triceps .
    It also engages the core and helps in building upper body strength .

      You have a great Height weight proprotion .You could start with a 10 kg Mudgar.
      However I would recommend you as well to start with either a 5 or a 6 kg mudgar to first develop balance and flexibility .
      Then you could progress towards a 10 kg mudgar .
      Also stressing it again .The key to this Excercise of balance and not heavy weight .
      Once you develop balance ,weights will be easy for you .

    Thank you...sir main around 10 kg mugdar around 500+ times with resr with both hands easily rotate karta hu on alternative day's...to muze next mugdar kitne kg ka banake lena chahiye... reply please when you free... thank you

      That is very impressive buddy .
      You should definitely not increase weight drastically but focus on building precise technique with probably a 12 or a 15kg mudgar..
      Remember to focus on technique ..
      I am sure you will do great

      Hey Rishi
      You must focus on the right technique
      And that can be achieved by first using a Mugdar of light weight .
      You can start with a 5 kg mudgar ..Buidlingn your technique and gradually moving towards 8 ,10 and so on ..Work on building wrist and shoulder strength as well ..this way you can achieve wonders .And yes I will try to upload more content on this .. Stay healthy 💪

    Bilkul galat wrong information😂 phle to ye mudgar ko gada ki trh use kr rha hai dusra hand position hr rep me change hoti h.. bhai yehi hota h jb shastra bina pdhe log sun sun k krne lg jate hain.. phle bhai seekh k aa ku mudgar aur mugdar me kya fark hai uske baad gada kese chalate hain😂😂 theek h fir gyan peliyo

      I never mentioned this was the single source of truth or information from my end .And I am no pehelwan .You need to understand that this is social media and that you should at least have the slightest of common sense to filter out information .Par clearly you lack that .
