Whether you are an EMS student, EMS provider or part of the general public you will learn the skills to help a choking victim by watching this video today. When I first got into EMS, one of the first lessons I learned was basic life support class. In BLS, you learn CPR, how to manage an AED and today's topic which is how to assess and manage a choking victim.
The American Heart Association's focus is to train as many people as possible in hands only CPR and basic skills such as the emergency skills I discuss when managing someone who is choking.
I look forward to seeing your success in basic life support class, EMT school and on your upcoming NREMT exam.
    Be great,
    Evan, The Paramedic Coach

The American red cross choking protocols also show that outside of infants that back blows along with abdominal thrust are also effective in children and adults

Could you do a video getting more in depth of the roles and responsibilities of a EMT-B? And what a typical day might be like.

I’m sure you get a lot of these… but I just recently passed my NREMT, and your videos were one of if not the best tools I had going in! Keep of the fantastic work! I’ll continue my support as I move onto my next step!!

Does your program include test questions? If not Can you recommend a good test questions app?

Hey Evan (I think that is your name) or the paramedic coach, I tried buying your vault again, and it just won't accept my payments no matter what route I go through, would you know any fixes?

I was on my second date with my girlfriend at a restaurant when a man stood up and made the classic choking sign. Severe obstruction. I was able to use the Heimlich maneuver to clear it right there in the restaurant.
Oddly afterwards everything just kind of went back to normal. The man, nor the restaurant, or anybody didn’t even offer to buy our dinner.
However that girlfriend is now my wife lol!

Thank you Evan! I finally passed my nremt yesterday 🥳 after failing on my first attempt with a 862 on 88 questions i passed my second attempt with 120 questions almost running out of time lol. Your videos and podcast on spotify have helped me so much and cant say i wouldve passed without your help. To anyone reading this i recommend buying his program and actually rewatching his videos over and over again like he says. The reason i may have almost ran out of time is cause i spent 5 minutes or so writing down my dump sheet with the laminated paper they provide you. Keep up the great work Evan

I know it was a while ago, but do you remember what you prioritized putting on the dump sheet?
