I used to work for a large box plant... it was a fast paced work environment. We made the corrugated sheets, printed, die cut, glued, stacked, wrapped, and shipped. Our single wall corrugator could produce over 6 million feet per day. Our double wall not quite as much.
We had warehouses of paper stock raw material. We had warehouses of finished products. We had numerous Flexo printers capable of 4 color print jobs. Die cut was inline after printing, then folding and gluing. Our own ink shop could mix any color in any quantity. Usually ink sent out to print area in 5 gallon buckets. We had over 500,000 square feet of amazing plant operations. I miss it.

박스공장의 작업? 상당히 힘든일이라고 종이를 날르는게 쉬워 보이는 사람이 있는지 모르겠지만 종이를 하루에도 몇톤을 날라보면 생각이 달라집니다! 왜냐하면 내가 이십대 시절에 비슷한 일을 해보아서 누구보다 잘아니까! 중노동에 가까워!

Acredite quem quiser, mas a parte de corte e vinco no ramo grafico eh tao ou mais caro que a impressao em si, a depender da embalagem e do tipo de cartao usado.
O que torna caro o processo de corte e vinco eh que cada embalagem requer moldes especiais de corte, que sao realizados por laminas afixadas geralmente em placas de madeira e isso eh quase uma arte que requer extrema precisao na montagem.
Muitas graficas no Brasil, nao possuem setor de corte e vinco e repassam esse trabalho para empresas especializadas.
