You did a good tutorial. I would just suggest you give a stitch count of the rows as u go. Ex: row 1= 12 st row 2 increase = 24st row 3 increase= 36st etc. You are beautiful & your work is as beautiful as you. Thank you for sharing. I will use your concept & possibly modify it to make the straps thicker

As an alternate for the magic ring, you can chain 4 join with slip stitch then add the amount needed in the circle. Hope this work for you
