1993 I saw Kurt with Nirvana. I went to Nirvana's In Utero concert. They performed this song and many others. His voice fry sounds just like the studio recording. BEST CONCERT EVER!
I love watching their live performances, Kurt could really put his voice through the wringer (the whole band was pretty intense). The lesser know songs generally have more relentless vocals, something like "tourette's" or "Stay Away" for example. Both can be found in their iconic Reading '92 concert (where Kurt, ever the rockstar, wore a hospital gown): ruclips.net/video/wlVdPl-oEmg/видео.html ruclips.net/video/3YtH2rjrfaI/видео.html That concert closed with Territorial Pissings. However, even the more mainstream hits provide interesting samples. I have seen various vocal coaches analyze "Lithium", it can be found with other excellent songs at the Paramount that was mentioned earlier also Live and Loud, etc.
I think a good song to get into Nirvana is "Come As You Are". Also if you want to see their energy in live performances i suggest checking out "Breed" and "Aneurysm" live at The Paramount.
Exasperated with a malfunctioning guitar Kurt lets out a classic fan favorite Drain You scream during the '94 show in Paris: ruclips.net/video/dUb69RIqfO8/видео.html

Nirvana - Drain You is SUCH A DAMN GOOD SONG!!! Nirvana makes a lot of good music XD
This song is just amazing moshpit music
In fact, Kurt Cobain loves Drain You so much that he played it at virtually every single of his live performances
