UNEP OzonAction Webinar: Inspiring Women to Pursue Careers in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning

On the occasion of the 2021 World Refrigeration Day (WRD), UNEP OzonAction is bringing the attention of governments, industry and individuals to the importance of achieving gender equity and equality within the heating, ventilation, air-conditioning and refrigeration (HVACR) in line with agenda 2030 of the sustainable development goals (SDGs).
The session seeks to shed light on how women can be further inspired and supported to have larger stake in the industry and the related professions. The session will address the topic from three angles: the educational angle, the field operation angle, and the technical societies angle.
