Cleaning up the Seine

It took a lot of work to make the Seine swimmable in Paris, and similar efforts are being made at the Charles River.

The river and Paris has been filthy for many years. My Aunt was there in 1955 when her husband (my uncle)was in the military and she used to say Paris and that river is very dirty.

One day a year. Are they using people to see if it’s safe?Lol. Let them go swim and see if they get sick then they know it’s safe if the don’t. Crazy.
