the last 120 BPM are actually 155 BPM, also the first 150 BPM in your example are actually 155 BPM, I was triggered by the last example to check it up.
Nah I can do a little bit of speed but my left foot is always dragging or something because my left hand is never able to hit on the snare when I left kick
What does this have to do with speed? These are 9th grade first year percussion class exercises. If you want to build speed just play fast and work out the muscle groups for this. It's the same way you build fast hands. Lay face down on a bed, put your hands above your head, extend your arms all the way and play as fast as you can on a pillow for 10 min or until your forearms burn slightly. Rinse and repeat for 30 days. You'll be able to play 300bpm blast beats just like Cryptopsy or Archspire. To get faster double bass do leg press and calf raises with a lot of weight then flutter kick your ankles in a swimming pool until your calves burn. Do this for 30 days and you'll be able to hit single stroke 16th notes at 240bpm trust me. Been playing for over 30yrs and I can still play those speeds. THAT IS HOW YOU GET SPEED! Not stupid fucking RLR LRL bullshit. That's stick control. Go work out George Lawrence Stone's book for that. Play page 16 and 18 on the bass drum. That's what Danny Carrey did in college.

Don’t try doing this without shoes when you’re new to do this. This guy is trained, you will absolutely injure yourself.
