WATCH THIS BEFORE YOU S54 SWAP YOUR BMW

Just a little update on the s54 e46 sedan. It was late and my phone was about to die so my apologies for some mixing of words or incorrect part names. I will be making a better version of this one but ask me if you have any s54 swap questions !

Im thinking about swapping an S54B32 with the manual transmission into my ‘03 330i ZHP. I’m curious to know if the swap is physically possible without having to cut anything or modify the chassis in any major way.

Hey does the heater still work with the heater valve plug disconnected? Any fault codes? Thanks bro

After some research you can use the non M heater valve, apparently the CSL M3’s run the same set up. Otherwise no fault codes and yes the heater works !

I have an automatic transmission and want to keep it. What engine do you recommend I get, SMG or manual?

@@unrivaled9655 Is there an (easy) way to use the 5 speed to save some money? My car is factory manual and the ZF can handle 500hp so I think it should be more than enough

Everytime i changed my headers i do it straight from the bottom and every video i seen has mentioned to do it with engine out the car can someone explain to me why and i fuckimg something up or am i the only one with patients because i tetris them mfs right on out

I bought a whole donor car and parted the rest out, so in my case only $3-4k depending on how far you go with maintenance
