If you visit him a couple more times, you can hear her talk with him. On the channel of „Strange man“ there’s a video about all gang members and what happened to them after Chapter 6. You didn’t need to do any of that, all you needed to do was scare off the stable owner by pointing a gun at him and the place would’ve closed down for you to be able to feed the horse.
