I miss old Reunion Arena. It was a lot more fan-friendly, compared to the AAC. That place could get so loud. It gave the Mavs and Stars a great home advantage when the teams were playing well.

They relied way too much on the P.Diddy design. The logo is basically Mark's baby, so no go on redesign. The 40th anniversary stuff looks great but we haven't seen the City Edition, and last time I checked they've sucked every year.
Yeah, they really knew how to beat a dead horse. I agree on the logo, there's no way that is redesigned. At most, a recoloring like they did last year with the city jerseys (this time in proper Mavs green and blue). 40th anniversary is nice, just wish it was more detailed like the original. As for this years city edition, the jury is still out. We'll have to see how the gold and white look on the team.

I remember asking Cubes about green jerseys back in ‘03 at an autograph signing and he rolled his eyes and said “We’re working on it,” which about a year and a half later turned out to be the P. Diddys. But the way he rolled his eyes, you could tell he was not feeling the question. I bet if I said “Mark- the new logo is sooo cool!”, he would have been happier...
Everyone hated the “trash bag” design. The first time I saw it, I was perplexed, haha, but it was unique if nothing else. However, I did like his second effort a lot better. That one became a mainstay for a long time and for good reason, in my opinion.
