Simon, please consider including a couple of plastic or rubber spacers of some sort to each mounting kit, to place between the head of the bolt and the double sided adhesive pad inside front and rear clips / mounts. Once the clips are taped to the window and you are trying to center the plate and slide the threaded ends of both bolts through, it is very easy to accidentally push the bolt back into the empty cavity of the two clips, until the thread disappears and can no longer be pulled out. Then, the only solution is to detach the clip from the window, push the bolt back through the hole, reattach the clip and try again. Not fun. With a couple of spacers preventing the bolts from moving back into the mount, it would be easier.
Otherwise, yet another great kit, very useful to store stuff within easy reach in an otherwise "dead" area of the loadspace (I got both sides). Fire extinguisher, battery jump starter, First Aid kit... lots of stuff can go up there, and they are indeed super robust. Received them in 3 days half way around the world here in California, thank you.

Yes i undertand your idea and I think we can improve this - maybe we need longer bolts with the head of the bolt against the adhesive pad so there is now where for the bolt to go ! Let me look at this again with Zach. I really appreciate being challenged to improve designs....

Agree 100% - there is an absolute gap in the market for storage for the 90 Hardtop and I can't believe @powerfulukltd haven't jumped onto this. The 90 commercial load area is crying out for someone to offer a decent storage solution, molle or not!

They should work with the luggage rack - I will check next week. Only thing is maybe you do not need to spacer washer.

So there is a aluminium plate on the outside and the inside , do the antennas in the window glass still work properly??🤔
Thats a good point - we have no noticed any problems so far and there are a lot of holes in the product for radio waves to pass through.

Do not understand why you haven’t made these for the 90 Commercial? Seems a no brainer but no response to comments asking you for this in the various molle plate videos you’ve posted. As a repeat customer, I’m surprised that you are ignoring the commercial Defenders
