First of all Happy New year 🤍 and thank you very much. I never thought that so many people would see my progress and be inspired. So as you all know that my video title is "My 1.5 years of art progress" and not ""How I became a professional painter in 1.5 years"". So everyone knows that I still don't know a lot of things because I am still in learning stage. I have not said anywhere in the video that I am a professional and I know everything about art after learning for 1.5 years. I'm a beginner and it is expected that I'll make lots of mistakes. So mistakes are part of my art journey. Let's all improve together this year ... and don't be to harsh on yourself. We are all learning.. and again thank you so much 🤍...
This is very inspiring, you can't believe how touched am i to see your improvement. keep up the good work, let's go through this journey together!
Do you just use your finger to draw, or there is something?
THIS HAPPENED IN ONE AND A HALF YEAR?????? WTF GENUINELY WHEN YOU STARTED OUT I HAD LOW EXPECTATIONS FOR HOW YOUD IMPROVE BUT I WAS SO SHOCKED WHEN YOU SHOWED HOW YOU ART IMPROVED, IT LOOKS SO AMAZING 😭😭😭
Thank you so much🤍. I'm happy that you liked my progress
you should see my improvement from 2021 to 2022 👁️👁️
Bro I improved my art in just 2 weeks :/
@@AstroStarzzz HE LEARNED HOW TO DRAW EYES!!!!! 😱
I went through something similar but quit art for like 4 years I got better by watching drawing videos
As an artist seeing new artists grow always makes me happy
☺️🤍
Use reference😗
and become gawd🛐
or a lil better🛐
Thanks mom
Nvm, no ty. Yesterday, I watch it at midnight and saw the jumpscare at the end of the vid. And I has to sleep with my sister.
@@zackrblx haha mah bad..
i tryed useing references but i am still trash ;-;
In just 1.5 years you've improved so much! This has motivated me to keep drawing. Keep up the good work bro. you've earned a sub!!
Thank you 🤍. And keep drawing what you Love..
This is just inspiring! I'm an artist too and I am shocked that how you managed to be a beginner to such a pro level artist! I'm still learning ,its been 2 years since I'm working on my art style and anatomy ,and I hope you become a great artist one day .
Thank you 🤍. I'm still learning so we are both at the same stage. Let's improve together 🎉
DONT GIVE UP!! I see a lot of potential in your channel, your work is so good!!
Thank you so much. 🤍.
Thank you! This has motivated me a lot. I've been feeling suppppeeerrr bad about my art recently. I keep on worrying that I won't get better no matter how hard I try. I really appreciate this video, because it reminds me that talents take time. You've improved so much, and I want to do the same.
And that was exactly the main reason for this video. Because beginner artists go through so much while learning, I'm not a professional artist, but I hope you will not make the same mistake I did by comparing my art with someone who has much more experience than me. So don't be hard on yourself and keep on drawing what you love. And thank you for watching my art progress.
Keep going and never give up 😊
same i have the same worrying as you :( dw you will get better :) its a super valid fear tho
I got the same worry.. it’s been almost a month I think? I’ve gradually gotten better, I’ve been taking art seriously since November 2022 and yep I made tremendous progress but only sometimes will I draw good. I’ve realised that it takes time before I can even draw decent
It helps a lot to see videos like this. My learning process is slow and complicated, but technically I started drawing 10 years ago, I've studied perspective, theories and such, from time to time. I don't practice a lot, but I always did full drawings, learning the basics of shapes, color theory, lining, shading, etc.. I have gotten so much better nowadays, but I don't practice nearly enough, hence why I still feel like I'm terrible at drawing.. I believe it's important to find out what motivates you not only to draw, but to do anything in life really. Here's hope for all of the artists out there, you're doing great, don't give up!
baby artists : *not using reference and making not soo cool art*
also baby artists : *starts using references and suddenly becomes god🛐*
Starts using references and get's a little bit more better .⊂(•‿•⊂ )*.✧fixed it for ya
@@lytmyu lol ahemm tru🛐
Here what to do to get better at drawing people:
(Use reference when doing all of these)
1. Study anatomy
2. Practice drawing heads in different perspective and angles
3. Learn where to add shadows and shading
4. Practice drawing parts of the body (hands, ears, eyes, nose, upper body, lower body, feet)
5. Clothes and folds ☠️
6. Line art(optional)
7. Colouring - only after you’ve learned how to actually draw things, you can learn how to colour them. Out of everything, this should be the hardest and will take a lot of time to master (even im still learning how to colour properly).
Really shows how learning form makes artists. A lot of people try to skip over that but It's the one thing you HAVE to learn besides perspective to get actually good
3:55 This feeling happens when you study too much. For new artists, balance things out, don't push yourselves.
(This happened to me, when I'm doing croquis for 3 days straight lol)
I started drawing in late 2019. I used to draw at different times because I had to focus on studying, and now I am in the last stage of high school. My drawing is not bad, but it is not compared to the extent of development that you have reached. I really feel proud that we are both on the same globe. I hope that I see your name on the cover of the most famous manga one day and I have a strong feeling that this will happen, never give up✊✊✊
+Sorry for my horrible English
I've been drawing pretty much all my life (and started drawing digitally 4 years ago) but I only started taking art seriously since last year or so, so I really feel this. The demotivation, the long break, coming back to it; and finally deciding to use references and study how anatomy, perspective, lighting, and so on work properly. I saw a HUGE improvement in my art, and it kept me motivated too. Sure there are days where I'm just not motivated and that's okay! Regardless, I'm really happy for you and wish you the best on your journey, from one artist to another :D
Thank you so much... 🤍 I'm going through the same thing right now haha. I don't feel like drawing.. so I needed this .. now as soon as i wake up I'm gonna finish my last unfinished drawing... Again thanks 🤍
@@lytmyu I'm genuinely so glad, I hope it goes well for you and I'll look forward to it if you decide to post it on Insta 🤍
The last one is dope! I love how you do the observation of yourself in making the progress. It looks like a journey to be the better version of oneself. We artists, I believe, share the feelings you’ve been bearing all these years. Because myself also have the patterns like you do. Sometimes we need to stop drawing for awhile. But it did not make us stop drawing forever. I think it’s more like an instinct to survive just like babies of animal when they learn to walk without nobody teaching them how to walk. The true artist will never stop trying, trying, and trying. In additional for people out there who don’t have anyone to support but to make you lose your way, please don’t listen to their dumb advises who want to steal what you actually love to do. They don’t know what’s in your heart, and what you can be. Just follow your heart and find your passion as the reason to keep drawing.
Thanks for sharing your mind, passion, and love through this video! It is really inspiring.
Anyway, happy fruitful holidays!
In a year you did better then I ever did in 5 years
I can't-
Let's not compare each other's improvement ... Just keep on drawing 🤍 and make good drawing then the last drawing you made ... that's the only improvement that matters.
Oof lol my friend was like that too
He draws better than me and I’ve been drawing my entire life
It's always super inspiring to see how much progress people can make in such a relatively short amount of time, I hope you continue to hone your art skills.
This really is a great example of true and extreme TALENT!
Congratulations man, I'm so glad you discovered your love for drawing
an exciting part abt learning to be good is to eventually re-draw my old works
we the same lol, I started back 2021 June , drawing a character for my friend from school and it turned out unfinished and bad. but I got interested alot in art after . motivated.. specially doing nsfw content but I set aside it since my anatomy was soo bad. for now I finally got the artstyle I wanted and Im not struggling much in doing anatomy, been sketching alot and learning from other peoples works and tips
OH MY GOD. I have watched only 1:17. And looking at these arts….I have been drawing for about half year and I CAN’T EVEN CLOSE DRAW SOMETHING LIKE IT. Especially this 1:06 (I guess Eren) art. Dude the head perspective! I have spent hours to draw it and still can’t. Just how you can draw like this in the start of your art way. Just how. I have been learning how to draw a simple face for several months and still have a lot of problems. I still don’t understand hair. I have watched more than 20 videos about hair and still can’t understand how it must be drawn. I’m starting to believe that talent exist.
Awesome work! It feels great seeing people skyrocket like this!
this motivated me so much!! even though i'm not a beginner, I haven't been seeing any art improvement lately. so this is a great wake up call to pick up references again!!
Wait- thank you so much! I’ve only just gotten back to drawing after a few years and oh boy this just had to come up and recommend this wonderful video. Also I adore your art it’s incredible ❤
Bro you so cool both for the artwork and honesty. I’m just starting out drawing seriously. You’ve earned my respect and a like. Hopefully I’ll get to your level someday. Keep up the good work!
As someone who started drawing on April last year, I felt all of this, and I have to cheer for you for keep going! It's amazing what perseverance can do to your art in just a few months if you don't give up! Thanks for sharing this!
Thank you so much I'm glad you liked it ☺️🤍...
Definition of being born with a talent
Great video, your progress is amazing. Keep up the good work.
Thank you ❤️
this is rlly motivational, I really enjoy drawing but I only do it like once every 2 months, it’s amazing how fast u improved ur art is rlly impresive
ok as a fellow artist I am quite impressed your art is actually pretty decent and if you keep it up your art is just gonna look a lot better for someone who drew for only a year and a half that's quick progress and happy new year also that's a sub
I love this kind of video! You've improved so much... it's really nice to see it.
Amazing work! This is very inspiring.
I have been practicing my digital art for the last year since I got an iPad and I’ve definitely made improvements. My art isn’t perfect but I’m happy with where I am at. Just keep up the art grind I guess!
I love how short this is, love it ✨
You just gave me hope thank you :) great progress btw
Now that's improvement. Thanks for the motivation, friend.
Dude you have no idea how much motivation this gave me, unfortunately i've had a lot of motivation issues lately, as well as attention going crazy, but I really want to start drawing daily digitally so thank you for this it really inspired me
I'm glad my video inspired you. Thank you so much for watching ☺️🤍
Practice makes a master
great progress bro, keep it up
I, too, handicapped myself by thinking you had to start out drawing without references. I also thought of it as cheating and that artists just could get proportions and shapes good by virtue or something.
Great video and good luck on your journey!
Thank you 🤍☺️
i need motivation to draw something. i mean, i used to have a lot of ideas but then i find out that everything i know about art in the way im currently drawing is only about my own experience and real life references with some very small tips from other artists and because of that i knew very less about shading, perspective, colors and other stuff. and that's bad, because i got used to do some annoying things in my process of drawing, sometimes i have difficulties with simple things, cause i don't know how they work in theory. but someone can say "hey, just watch some art school or smth like that and get better" or "don't care about those things and draw in your style" and yes, you're all correct, but in first case i feel like that's gonna be a time wasting thing that gonna show me how bad i am at learning something and leaving techniques that im familiar with. i feel like i don't wanna start from beginning, but then i feel like i need to drew better. in second case i can't really base on references only without any certain knowledge cuz my art gonna have same issues every time. maybe im just a lazy guy (and that's true lmao), but i feel like art is not giving me a right enjoyment rn, because at the moment where my current skills are i need to spent a lot of time to get better - and that's kinda uncomfortable for me.
sorry for mistakes, english is not my national language.
This is the first time I've seen this channel, but this video is really inspiring! I started digital art around the same time, in July 2020 or something. I have seen a lot of improvement, but not as much as yours. Still working on getting better and I have a lot to learn. I wish you success, your art looks amazing!
Thank you so much 🤍 i wish you the same ✨.. we'll all improve together....
I have a similar story to yours, in that I started art pretty late but practised a lot and had insane improvement in about 2 years. I went from stick figures to pretty good art in a short time, which shows that no matter how late you start, you can always improve and be a good artist!
This happened that fast?! This is just amazing! I could never! This inspires me
Your video just gave me the motivation I needed. Thanks a lot
I absolutely love your AOT Art! And everything you’ve made in the years!!! It’s stunning! Your channel is so underrated, new sub added :) ❤️❤️❤️❤️
I'm glad you liked it .. thankyou so much ☺️🤍
oh my god. You improved so muchhh in just 1.5 years???!! WOWW I AM IMPRESSED
amazing progress, keep up the hard work!
deym the motivation and improvements 😩💛
I love seeing fellow artist progress, it amazes me and it's a delight
Thank you 🤍☺️
You improved 10x more then i have in the last 7 years, I- I- don't understand how people can be so talented. I thought i was doing so good
No its just consistent practice, he’s decent at rendering but if you took away his rendering abilities you’d see how much he lacks in every other fundamental compared to rendering.
Same it so weird 😢
Also dude got 906 subs in 4 weeks just by a few videos
You pitifull creature get of your ass and work stop whining trust me it gets you nowhere I am working hard and at first saw no improvement now I see huge improvement I still skipped a few things though
Talent is a factor. But its hard work that takes you there.
Nice dude, inspired me!
Good job on trying! I really support your attempt.
You give me hope for myself.
Keep it up, your art's def improving. Looks great
Nice! Theres quite a bit of Improvement here, Genuinely impressed. Good job!
I'm a junior male in highschool with no job and am a social anxiety potato with only one good friend. I love to draw so much, but I want to increase my ability as fast as possible. After seeing this video, I learnt that I need to have patience mentally to understand my learning techniques more. Thank you. I am also drawing chainsaw man characters. Such a delight. My favorite character is power, but my best drawing so far is a drawing of Aki Hayakawa. I can't wait to see your progress in a year or two. I hope neither of us goes through too many mental breakdowns and stop for a few months.
3:09 i love the one on the left , it’s so cute and funny 😂❤
I'll try to use reference this time! thank you for this
bro that gojo drawing is sooo nice
Happy for you! This makes me want to do a similar video.
You should ☺️ best of luck..
I am 15 rn and i am glad i came to know about anatomy, perspective shading etc. I am very good at copy art but when I searched about how to make my own drawings i discovered a whole new world.
Pure dedication 👏
This was really inspiring, as im trying to start drawing as well. I hope to see more of your content, keep up the good work
Thank you 🤍. I hope you'll learn from my mistake haha . Use references.
Really impressive that you improved so much in only one and half a year
Thank you ☺️🤍
This really inspired me to draw more on my tablet/ibis paint, I was previously drawing there
but recently got demotivated.. This helped! Thx so much ❤
I'm glad you found my video inspiring 🤍... Thank you
@@lytmyu No problem
Hey man. You are doing great. Keep going. The important thing is being able to find a place of mental retreat to fortify your psychology and never give up. It is hard and difficult but it’s a passion and a skill you must learn and do everyday! I know for I too am struggling. You are inspiring many to do the same. Good luck and carry on. Aim for the Moon… coz if you miss you will surely land among the stars - a quote from one of Les Brown’s motivation tapes. Keep inspiring. This is amazing
WOW YOU HAVE IMPROVED ALOT!!! KEEP UP THE HARD WORK
Well done man. Impressive af.
There’s a huge difference between people like you and people who get excited by AI “art”.
This is admirable. AI abusers are pitiful.
That improvement is so good omg !! I've been doing digital art for 7?? 8?? years and my biggest mistake was not using references during the first few years of my art which hindered my improvement greatly and this video is a perfect example of it's okay to use references !!! using references is good !!! anyway, at this speed you'll be a god at art by next year. keep up the awesome work :)
This is amazing
Im crying😢😢😢 people these days Yassify their art in such a short time while im drawing sh*t for all these years..like almost no progress
As i said ⊂(•‿•⊂ )*.✧... Let's not compare. And keep on drawing. Because it'll only get easier.
Wow, thats amazing. I am inspired to improve fast like you did. I improve a little slowly, which is a little disappointing, but I probably just have to try harder. Very nice job overall 🤩
Oh you just like me ! you just like me fr
I also stopped drawing and being active on socials for a long while ahah, the pandemic and shit
I couldnt go through till the end my most works, still now..
Although i still loved to doodle so I improved as far as you can go with doodles by that
And mostly its my friends that supported and encouraged me ♡
I hope to complete one fr now!
And im thinking of posting my works from my sketchbook (gifted to me by a friend💜) soon
ಥ‿ಥ thank you so so much 🤍i really needed that. And whenever you feel like posting your art let me know. I would love to see your drawings... And yeah social media is sometimes exhausting haha. But don't stop drawing...
I started drawing around the same time, big improvement now
I started art in 2022 on december 25 and this really motivated me to keep on drawing
Best of luck ☺️🤍
you improved slowly but still improvement
bro i spent 5 years sketching on paper... and spend a few months coloring some of my art in paper and ibis paint
and dam you improved more than i am
You've gotten that good in only 1,5 years?! Incredible growth and such lovely work!
Thank you 🤍☺️
This be giving some blue period vibes but dang that's some massive improvement can't wait to see what else you'll make 😆😆
Mine is little longer, 2.5 years and it gotten really good. Nice glow up man keep it up
I also improved my drawings skills really fast,
I'll soon start digital art and 3d modeling soon,
Great video dude 👍
amazing progress
❤
I'm not seeing anything (bad) here! I can tell you're knew like me and not a professional so I'm happy you posted the video! It helps to see where hopefully I could make it with enough practice...
judging by your progression it seems like you lean towards realistic style no matter what anime character you draw so you're gonna be a hyper-realistic-anime artist. Good Luck!
Thank you for posting!
mate, your initial drawings are better than my entire art career
Great progress! Keep up the great work ;)
🤍☺️ thankyou
happy new year! may i ask, what sources did you use to improve on your lighting/shading? i’m currently studying that right now and i’m stunned by how impactful studying it could be. love the improvement, and thanks for the motivation!
ive been drawing for the same amount of time also. im stunned by the fact that you've gotten so well unlike me 😭
I started drawing too, around the same time you did.
You're inspirational! Subscribed, I hope to see more progress in your art. Let's all get better together everyone 😄
Congratulations
bro improved their art in 1.5 years than I did in my whole life
Appreciate the grind, keep at it :3
dude you do not know how much i needed this.
I use references, so my poses are alright.
But the shading and shadows are a huge issue for me 🥲
I guess ill start on smol spheres and cubes for a bit
I'm so glad you found this helpful 🤍 and sphere haha yeah it helps .
thats really good 😅
youve shown some incredible improvement! art is a subject like any other, when you push yourself to study it, you will advance :)
Thank you so much ☺️🤍
YOUVE COME SO FAR OMG
tho I really recommend you to try adjusting all the sound effects in the video to a volume that is the same with the rest of the video. That beeping noise was hella loud LMAO
You are a genius
