You have missed the point I think. He's saying if you are doing a well organized shift of 8-5, double the work time. He's talking about 14 hours of well organized, hard work. All the the department heads in my company do it where as lazy bums like myself work a normal shift lol. Guess that's why they are where they are and I'm where I am.
